All quite great. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the commission they retain which is quite sizeable. In my case they kept c. 35% of the amount paid by the carrier (250 euro). They also have a subscription plan to get commission to zero but unless you plan to use at least a few times a year, not sure it will make sense. If they decrease the commission would definititely deserve 5 stars. Until then would use it more opportunistically on my side. The concept in any case is great and they did everything very fast and smoothly so experience from that perspective was great. View More

Very Poor quality of service. First, they told us we could claim up to 600 euros, and then after we submitted everything, they said that we could claim 390 euros. And then after a few weeks of back and forth, they told us they claimed 300 euros, and at the end, they gave us just 190 euros. Be careful, guys, they kinda become a scam company... View More
