Be aware of their BIG Fee
Great service, but I thought it to be misleading. They take a GREAT chunk (35%) of the payout, but the first time they mention it is when they ask for the bank details, which is step 4 out of 5 (or something like that). At that point, everything is already done and approved by the airline. It was quick and virtually effortless on my end, but I feel cheated by their purposeful lack of communication about their fee. I requested support from Airhelp after my flight (easyJet) was cancelled just 2 days before departure without any reason. When I raised a complain/claim to easyJet, they simply rejected my case. AirHelp was very smooth with the procedure and I received a claim of 650€ 5 months after I requested for help. Everything was handled very professionally. Highly recommended. View More

QATAR AIR WAY on June 2025 by sending me an Email confirming they have excepted my claim for compensation 520 pounds. But because I was not in Britain I had difficulty to fill the forms. My flight was on mY 22. But because of the problem with the plain asked me to come back on 24th of may .do you call this 3 hours flight! View More
