I had enjoyed my Aperion speaker system for several years when a couple of the crossovers in the bookshelf speakers went bad. I contacted customer service and expected the usual stall or run around. Not so! They contacted me within a day and a few days later my system is up and running as awesome as ever. I can’t say enough good about their speaker system, the company and customer service. I purchased a set of Intimus speakers in 2007. Decided to upgrade 2 of them to the Verus III. Added in an amp, E2. Everything arrives as ordered. When I recently ran into an issue with my subwoofer -- at least 15 years later -- the technician called me back within hours, and spent time with me to diagnose the problem, and recommend a solution. I purchased Aperion's external tweeters, IMHO they're more than worth the money and they bring measurable results to your speaker system.
