WARNING: Bond & Mason A Masterclass in Deception I am absolutely furious. Bond & Mason has proven to be nothing short of a scam dressed up as a legitimate business. What they advertised? A lie. What they delivered? A disgrace. I requested a return after receiving a product that was nowhere near what was promised. Their response? Insulting. They demanded I pay 50% of my own money just to process a refund. Let that sink in — I have to pay half of what I already spent just to undo their mistake. What kind of twisted refund policy is that? I’ve sent emails. I’ve asked — no, begged — for a proper returns label. They’ve ignored me. Stonewalled me. Refused to respond. I have photographic evidence of the mess they sent me, and still they insist I pay to fix their failure. This isn’t customer service. This is extortion. This is manipulation. This is a company that thrives on silence, hoping you’ll give up. Well, I won’t. I’m raising my voice. I’m calling this out. NO HELP WITH RETURNS
Parcel arrived fine, however trying to return it is a nightmare, their on line help says they will be there in a minute, they are not. There is no returns portal/actions, you just send back to them and hope for the best they will receive it and actually send you a refund, and oh you need to pay for the return yourself also.
