Helping with all kinds of small things, like helping us set best settings for our use-case. Their sales representative helped us to figure out easiest and cheapest solutions, which is really nice. Great product, support degraded by AI bots
I really love the platform and the product seems solid, but it's really starting to get old how many companies are pushing customers to engage with their AI support bots before you get to talk to a real person, when these bots clearly do not understand the product and are more than happy to hallucinate incorrect instructions, wasting my time and leaving a bitter taste about the whole experience. Sad because I really have no complaints about the product itself or the "human" support people, once you get to them. View More

I'm just starting to use Bunny.net services. I'm very happy that support responds quickly to my questions and really helps to resolve them. The service control panel interface is clear, not overloaded with unnecessary elements, and doesn't take long to learn, although this also depends on your initial level of experience. Overall, if you need a relatively inexpensive service with good technical support and convenience, then Bunny is definitely worth considering. Reliable CDN with Excellent Support
I had an issue with SSL renewal when using CloudPanel behind Bunny CDN. The support team (special thanks to Alvin) quickly explained the limitation and guided me to use Bunny’s built-in SSL with Let’s Encrypt.
