I bought bathroom tiles for 700.00 dollars. I ask for a refund they would not give me a refund. The bathroom tiles keep falling off. These are the worst Peel and stick…
These are the worst Peel and stick tiles I have ever purchased. I have purchased three different brands of peel and stick tile. The other two worked like a charm. This brand is made up of a fake horrible plastic that smells so bad of chemicals. They lasted on my walls all of 15 minutes. I would never ever buy from this company they come directly from China and it’s an awful application that does not stick. Also their coloring is way off and does not look like the picture because it’s made of a cheap almost like the old-fashioned puffy stickers that’s what this is. View More

Never Again
I ordered a time sensitive item for a stage play, "red Classic 3D stick on brick". Listed 5-7 days delivery. After 2 email contacts I received beige stick on tile 14 days after the order. I contacted Commony that day and asked for a refund for them sending wrong item. "beige tile", and asked for a return authorization, that btw was never sent. My deadline was no longer meetable, I hand painted the red brick. They requested a picture of the wrong item, to sort this out, there was nothing left to sort out, It made no sense that they would not accept my claim by email that item was wrong, which only really would be proven I suspect, upon its return to Commomy, but for some reason, they would trust a picture of anything and that would prove it was wrong? That makes no sense. I did send them a picture. Now they have gone dark and seem to be claiming, weeks later, I missed some obscure fine print deadline, and I am now out nearly $100. On 4-26-24 I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and as of 6-26-24 they say it is "under investigation", whatever that means, Commomy appears to be rather inept and operating in bad faith. Worst company to deal with! Never Again!
I received a product that absolutely did not match with my intended location for usage. No other items offered were matchable. I have been attempting to return this item since 7/22/24 today is August 8, 2024. This company is absolutely horrible to deal with for a return! DO NOT BUY! This company is terrible to work with. Firstly, they advertise 5-7 day delivery, but my order took a month to arrive. The tiles looked plastic-y and cheap so I requested a refund. I emailed back and forth, trying to return the items...it always took them more than a week to reply. They tried to get me to accept a refund of $20 for a $65 order. If there were a 0 star option, i would choose that. First off, the product is cheap , flimsy crap, and is largely misrepresented in their photos on the website. Does not at all look or feel realistic and is flat. When I requested a return auth# and a refund, after a week or so i finally got a return address. When the return tracking showed delivered, I let them know. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update on my return, and no response. I can only assume at this point I will never receive a dime. Not only is the product a joke, they will keep your money and not respond to correspondence. The product was absolute garbage, nothing like they advertised. They will not reply to any of my messages. One star is to good for this company. First of all, these reviews will NOT help this company.. THE DON'T CARE!! After receiving their product, I was extremely displeased. I would be embarrassed to have this anywhere in my home. If I could rate this company a minus 100 I would. Placed an order and only received a partial shipment. I have emailed OLIVIA in customer service 2 times and emailed the address they tell you to write to with a problem 5 different times in a week. I also called the customer service number 2 times and left a message with the order number, my name and phone number describing the issue I had. NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE IN 7 DAYS OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. Just for the record, the tiles I did receive look like fake crap. I would not trust this company with any amount of order. These are Conartists, I have tried to return product for 3 weeks now, I acknowledged their return policy on front end and approved restocking fee and shipping fee they just keep delaying and trying to find ways not to do it. Buyers Beware
Beware! I wish I would have done my homework before I ordered their product. I ordered 5 boxes of “Old Red Rustic Brick”. The pictures on the website looked fantastic with deep red/brown rustic brick with concrete color grout lines. Product arrived and the brick looks reddish pink, no browns or deep brick red colors, and the grout lines are pinkish salmon color. Look up Lady GaGa’s meat dress and that is exactly what these look like. Sent an email to request a refund because the color is absolutely NOT like what is shown online. Got a canned response from Olivia that they would send me another selection free of charge. I replied back that I was not interested in trying another choice and just wanted a refund. Sorry, don’t trust any pictures the sight shows now. I’m going to keep trying to get a refund but I doubt it will be resolved after reading others’ reviews. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company operates like a scam operation with a website full of attractive images that completely misrepresent the product you’ll receive. The colors are off, the materials are cheap, and nothing looks like what they advertise. What showed up was plastic-looking junk – nothing like the online pictures. But the worst part is the return process – or lack thereof. They hide behind a 15% restocking fee, force you to pay all return shipping, and then ignore you or delay you endlessly once you try to return. Their “customer service” (mainly one person named Olivia, who you’ll see mentioned in a dozen other negative reviews) sends canned responses and then goes silent. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a product that was a slightly different color than expected. The brick was more pink than red. When I asked to return it they argued with me saying it was a best seller and they don’t know why I don’t like it. After some back and forth, I asked for a straight return and they charge a 15% restocking fee. There is no customer service. I’m not sure if it’s all AI or they really don’t give a darn.
