Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Unprofessional Conduct
We’ve been a seller on Creoate for almost 5 - 6 years and, despite boosting our listings, have seen little to no sales. Recently, we were assigned an account manager who suggested we participate in their June 2025 trade show. We agreed and paid the fee, hoping for better visibility and support. Unfortunately, as soon as we made the payment, all communication from our account manager and Creoate in general - completely stopped. I had to chase repeatedly for updates, and it wasn’t until 2–3 weeks after the trade show ended that I finally received a response. This only happened because I booked a meeting through his Calendly link. The account manager then said they didn’t have the full trade show data yet and asked to reschedule for the following Monday. I agreed, but come Monday, I discovered the meeting had been cancelled and worse, the account manager no longer worked at Creoate. No one from the company informed us of this change. Since then, I’ve reached out to the new contact supposedly handling our account, but have yet to receive any response. The entire experience has been deeply unprofessional, misleading, and incredibly frustrating. It’s hard not to feel scammed, especially after paying for a service and being completely abandoned. Companies like this should not be operating under the guise of supporting small businesses. Avoid if you value transparency, communication, and integrity. View More

DO NOT BUY FROM CREOATE
I have a brick and mortar store in Maine and was excited by the selection Creoate offered. I placed two orders within a week of each other that totaled over 6k my cost. I was concerned with the lack of reply to simple pre-order questions but went ahead and ordered. I should have trusted my gut I work on with customers daily so I know how to treat them. I can safely say I have never had such a horrible experience. I am still dealing with it. The first order took 2 weeks to ship when it was only supposed to have taken 3-5 days. Terrible communication and false info when they did reply. Second order did ship in one week. Shipped DHL and got stopped in customs because they did not fill out the forms correctly. I submitted my requested info asap and after many live chats and countless emails of them telling me it would be fixed, it did not get fixed. They did not call or email me back once and my shipment got sent back to them. So now I have all of this capital tied up and no end in sight. I know they have a great selection, but please use Faire. Most of these companies are on there anyway. I will update this if and when I get this resolved. **UPDATE - they sent the package back to CREOATE due to them not providing a correct manufacturers address. I also got an email from CREOATE finally blaming it on tariffs, not their incompetence. Also, they cannot ship it again and too bad for me. Seriously guys, stay away! View More

Awful Business CS and then account deleted for raising a complaint - horrific tactic.
Awful experience. Signed up as a Seller and had an account active for almost a year. Was contacted by an 'Account Manager' Fassal Mahmood - trying to get us to sign up to their 'Creoate Club' to 'boost sales' Agreed to a meeting - to which Fassal didn't bother to turn up too. We waited 20 minutes and didn't even receive an email as to why. Understand this happens but a) we received a reminder 30 minutes before the meeting was due to start and then when we reached out to explain we'd be waiting we were given a generic Tech Issues email - despite being able to respond to emails and join immediately once we raised a concern....so not that big an issue. The gentleman forgot about the meeting and then didn't have the courage to admit it. Awful Account Management and indicative of the service you'll receive as a business. WORSE STILL - Whilst the above was inconvenient, we appreciate this happens. HOWEVER, after saying we were no longer interested in the Meeting - our Creoate Account has since been deleted and our items removed from store.... So raise a mild complaint and your account is removed. Fantastic customer service from a growing brand - avoid like the plague. View More

Frustrating experience with non existent chat box
Utterly awful experience trying to talk to customer services. Apparently, there's a live chat box on their website, but it was not displaying on my PC. Regardless of whether that's a "me" issue or a "Creoate" issue, there should have been a contact email available if you are unable to have a chat conversation as it doesn't always suit to hang around waiting for responses. Edit: I feel like I had to submit this review to get a response from Creoate. Someone (Fassal) phoned me to sort out my problem which I really appreciated. What I did not appreciate was not being able to sort the issue myself, like I can do on Faire. There is no way of cancelling a customer order on Creoate without first talking to one of their customer reps. If the chat function is not working for you, like it wasn't for me, there is no email address readily available to contact customer support through. AVOID CREOATE PLATFORM!!!
Absolutely shocking experience!! AVOID the CREOATE platform!!! I placed orders worth over 2 K, the processing time was stated 2-5 days, ok. But I waited and waited for one seller —no response, almost impossible to speak to a human over the chat, and a complaint that I want to cancel this particular order as I can't wait 2 weeks for it to be prepared. Customer Service rep Sunita promised me to issue a store voucher as I clearly explained that as a small business, I can't wait 5-10 days for the refund to clear in my bank account and that I have big Christmas Fair next week and I need that money to be reinvested, and I was happy to place another order through Creoate. After I selected the products I wanted to purchase, communicated with another seller, Sunita sent me another email saying they won't issue the store voucher and that I need to wait for the refund!!!!!! I am fuming!!!! What sort of support is this!!!? Following morning I spent anothe hour trying to get this resolved...but when I asked to speak to someone in charge for example manager all of them were busy attending meetings.
