Scammed
I ordered two handbags from bag_meaning. One of the bags was different in colour, style, design and I messaged the seller who start to ask for oics of postage and products then went away saying only works on weekends. I read reviews and I raised a dispute through dhgate. Seller didn't like that and offered refund for return. So sending something back to China cost more than the product itself or you end up losing part of the refund. I explained that and they blocked me. I ask dhgate to look into it and they asked for more pictures and videos. I sent everything I have bit they decided it was not enough evidence so they part with the seller. They said because I didn't sent an unboxing video, seriously. I spoke to my bank and they are blocked now. Never again I order from dhgate. Lost all my trust. View More
The site is a scamming site now.
The site is dead, most high rated sellers are scamming people, they'll make an excuse saying they can't send your order and submit a $0.01 refund on spam until you accept it or give up. No tracking #, no nothing and they keep your money, customer support will just tell you to accept the sellers request, wth is this customer support? relojes123 is a big scammer like this and is a 99% positive seller, what a joke of a website. Good quality products
I ordered some adult sized football shirts/kits. Delivery took a very long time which was not expected, however when I contacted them, they did reply with an estimated delivery time. Items arrived separately. All really good quality and were a fraction of the price of shop bought products. I am really pleased with them and actually purchases a second time with no problem. i’m real just so yall know but it was my first time ordering and i got a hoodie tags good shipping was 2-3 weeks and everything was good besides the quality was a bit thin and lacked that heavy weight feel but overall not bad just the quality was okay. View More
Missing brand logos – authenticity in question
I ordered a product from this seller on DHgate, but the item I received does not match the description or photos. The logos shown in the listing are missing, which raises serious doubts about the product’s authenticity. I contacted the seller and DHgate support, but so far there has been no clear resolution. Discusting service. They take your money and don’t deliver. Send rubbish photos of proof, that don’t prove anything. Absolutely shocking. Don’t buy from these

Avoid this bunch. Rubbish clothes. Wrong size. Don't respond to emails. Luckily paid by Paypal so (eventually) got money back after raising dispute. On posting this review I got a reply saying "We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused". Easy to apologise... Their sincerity did not lead to them offering to refund the return postage (which cost me a 1/3 of the value of the goods - even though they were the wrong size). Avoid this lot. View More
Very very disappointing
Very very disappointing. I ordered for the first time at dhgate. I was looking for a bag. Seller was not professional. He was rude and did not understand that I needed the DHL delivery number. I only got the number until the bag was already back on its flight to China as the wrong adress was put on the package. Now seller says I have got the package because China Post send it to Germany. Yes, but I have told him several times he needs to check at DHL for delivery. He did not get it and does not want to send a new bag. It's like fraud. I am very angry and have never experienced this kind of very bad customer treatment. View More
I think dhgate.com is a SCAM website…
I think dhgate.com is a SCAM website and the whole site is ran by one or two people. They would take orders, provide USPS.com tracking but never ship item from china. When you ask for chinese tracking, they will not provide it, all reviews are fake, you cannot leave dhgate.com review on their site or their facebook.If you ask for refund, their options are item not received still on the way, it does not give you an option as item was not received but it adds ITS ON THE WAY. Lets say seller agrees to refund, then it goes to their customer service and wait 3 to 5 days before they look at it, which is another scam. DHGATE.COM will reply and say [Account] - [Contact Us] - [Order-related problem/Report issues] - [Online Service] ---- BUT there is no such thing. The customer service is just a facebook chat. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
There is no customer service to contact and get refunds after getting a damaged product. It is very hard to contact them. Shipping charges are more than the goods ordered.

Love DHgate been shopping there over 5 yrs
I been shopping & ordering off DHgate for over 5 years and have always got what I ordered. I've never been charged for anything except what I ordered, it is a trustworthy site. I've probably made close to one hundred orders in my time shopping on DH. I love this site I find all the fashion items I always want but couldn't afford if I didn't get them off here. I live in NC in America & shipping usually takes between 2wks and about 2 months but you will know when placing your order how long bcuz they'll tell you honestly. If your not shopping on the Gate you've been missing out..lol View More
