No response from Cust service
So far, my tracking link doesn't update since 18/12. I ordered more than a month ago. If you order from AliExpress,it arrives faster and you can see the tracking. I contacted customer service a week ago. No response at all. I don't recommend anyone in Europe to order from here. Simply not worth it View More

I ordered this over a month ago. It does say shipping can take 10-30 business days but when I try to reach out to them their service contact number blocked my email and the "shipping" number they gave me is non-existent through any shipping. When I go to shop for the tracking it says that the order is ready to ship but that has been the same status since 9/13. Poor Quality
I would give zero stars ⭐️ if that were an option. I received my kit that I ordered. It looks nothing like the pic I sent. I emailed them about returning the kit. I’ve yet to hear back from them. I am so disappointed. I’ve done several diamond dot kits from other companies and they’ve all been beautiful. This was by far the worse in quality. I always read reviews before ordering anything. I'm done with this co. Yes previous order came crushed and the canvas was creased badly. This time the interpretation of the photo was done bland, no definition and the blue sky with white clouds on the photo was done completely in beige drills. Very poor quality
Very poor quality! I waited for over three weeks to receive the kit USPS from China! and was very disappointed. I will be returning it immediately due to:the following: 1. Unnecessarily complex symbols difficult to copy onto labels for diamond storage. 2. Very poor printing quality. Symbols are barely discernible as they are too faint to see in many cases. In others the surrounding drill color washes out the symbol entirely. 3. Poor adhesion of dots on canvas. Dots literally ‘float’ out of place making neat even rows impossible. Complete lack of customer service. I had nearly completed a previous project and ran out of one color. I sent an email with the kit number as well as the color number as required. I never received a response or the requested extra diamonds. I had to throw my project away after two months of working on it.Inexcusable! Don’t waste your time and money on this company’s cheaply made low quality diamond paintings! View More
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a diamond painting on 1/29/25. The prices are very high but they were having a "sale" so I ordered a blue and gold fractal flower kit for $32.79 instead of the regular listed price of almost $80. $32.79 is still about 3 times what I would normally pay for a diamond kit but I splurged a little, expecting quality materials. After about a week, no shipping confirmation email so I reached out and no reply. I waited another day or 2 and sent another email to cancel the order. Their website says refunds after the item has shipped are offered but you have to pay return shipping, and of course, I then received a reply to that email saying it had been shipped. I kept checking the status of this. The seller replied on 2/7 saying it was about to ship but according to tracking, it didn't actually go out until 2/15. So I waited, anticipating this high quality product. I mean, it had to be good if they were normally charging $80 for it, right?! Wrong! It was finally delivered on 2/28, almost a full month after ordering, and I'm not exaggerating when I tell you this was the poorest quality diamond kit I've ever received. I normally order my kits on Amazon and spend about $10 on them, and the quality of those kits vary but for $10, I'm not expecting too much and am usually very happy with what I get. The item I received from this company was the flimsiest mat I have ever held, and the gems were exactly like the ones in the $10 kit. There were no extra accessories to justify the price either, as it came with the exact same accessories as my other kits. That's not even my biggest issue though. As I said, I ordered a kit with a picture of a beautiful flower that I planned to frame and hang in our living room. The kit that I actually received though was "Religuous Man Sea View', which looks like Jesus walking on the beach. On top of it being the wrong picture, it wasn't the size I had ordered either, so even if I wanted to complete and hang this religious man picture in our living room (I don't), it wouldn't fit in the frame. I've reached out to the seller to request a refund but I'm sure it's going to be a battle, and they'll try to get me to wait another month to maybe receive the correct picture. Based on the quality alone, even with good customer service and fast shipping, I would never pay over $30 for this product. Luckily, I paid via PayPal, and they're great about helping with refunds and things like this. I would tell anyone considering ordering from this company to absolutely NOT do it. I honestly cannot say 1 positive thing about this company or my experience with them. They're expensive, products are very low quality, there's a lack of customer service, and shipping times can be over a month. How are they still in business?! I will continue to work on getting my refund but please don't waste your time or money with this company, or I'm confident you will be in the same boat a month or so down the road. View More

Shipping took forever. Box came all beat up and tore. The drills were all crooked , and didn’t fit well together. Also wasn’t given enough drills and had to find the DMC number to buy more. For the price , it’s definitely not worth it. View More

I custom ordered a print of my great-granddaughter for her mom's Mother's Day. I ordered it 3/29/25 and it arrived on 4/15/25. the tracking number was the strangest thing I have ever seen. It showed it was shipped and arrived at LAX and sat there forever, then it said it was shipped overseas and would arrive late. When I received it yesterday it was fine expect the picture of the baby. She's mixed race and the print made her almost yellow. Where you get a yellow baby from is beyond me. The rest of the print looks good and the symbols are easy to read. Diamond Painting Pro Very Poor Quality
I just received my Diamond Pro Project and the quality is very, very poor. Diamonds do not stick on the project. I have tried using both wax and puddy and neither works. So I am trying to place with tweasers, but once placed the daimonds move all over the place. The stickiness is not enough to hold the diamonds in place. I have no confidence that if I finish this project, the diamonds will hold, even after putting on a sealer. And it takes way too much time to complete a project to risk the completed project shifting diamonds and notstaying in place. Stay away from this company! If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered a personalized kit for a girl who got into UCONN. There athletic husky logo is simple dark red, dark navy, light blue for his eyes. The sent me pink, orange brown, fuscia, magenta, etc. I emailed them and it FOREVER to get new drills that STILL AR ENOT CORRECT! Sent a huge bag of light blue I only needed four and not enough navy. Then I realized the mapping and symbols were all off. What art company cant see color. They made me choose my own colors which was fine but by the time i got them her party was over and this was to be a gift as well as a decoration for my new bosses daughter. No refund on personalized kits which is not clearly stated until you look into a refund. I have emailed with them for over a month now and cant even give it away as the colors and mapping are all wrong. I will NEVER purchase another item form a COLOR BLIND and INCOMPETANT "ART" COMPANY! Very disappointed with Diamond Painting Pro
I ordered the 20x25 cm "Sakura Geisha" -- the photo of this piece on the website was clear with facial expression, a pagoda, her fan, her parasol, gorgeous kimono, flowers, etc. When I finished the piece, nothing was distinguishable; it was just a mass of colored dots (w/ no outlines); I complained to them and they said I should have ordered a bigger size. But they don't tell you that on the website. They do say "Size -- the larger, the better effect," but they don't say what that means. So I spent hours and hours and $20 on a piece that will get thrown away. View More
