Extremely horrible customer service, from the reps to the supervisor
THEIR PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ARE HORRIBLE! There has been an extreme decline in the quality of customer service offered by Doba. I had a concern about their policies and both the customer service representative Ethan & their supervisor Hannah were extremely disrespectful, defensive and WRONG! Instead of admitting that they were not knowledgable of my request, they advised me incorrectly, and in an extremely unprofessional manner. Having used Doba for over a year at this point, I was shocked at the level of customer service they now have. I will not be using them again. View More
Not For Woocommerce
I really tried!! For 3 months I tried to use Doba and I failed. I use WooCommerce and they don't integrate at all, you have to download files and upload files and do this again and again everyday. Very difficult. The customer service is GREAT, and the pricing system is good, but other than a Shopify, Bigcommerce and Ebay stay away. View More

BEWARE of paying for a membership
BEWARE of paying for a membership! Most of their suppliers prices are EXTREMELY close to MSRP, some are even HIGHER! Leaving no room for you to make a profit!! All DOBA says is they advise their suppliers to keep their prices fair. Problem is, DOBA does NOT enforce it, and suppliers price gouge. Do NOT waste your money on DOBA! WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! Steer totally clear of this scam Our daughter started paying money into the doba scam. She was introduced in Australia by a referrer. You get 40 deals a day. You can get super deals which means you have to keep adding more and more money. She had more and more super deals in one day until she is now out of pocket $8000 AU dollars. She can’t withdraw this as she has to complete the next deal which is an other “super deal”. She has 3 more deals she has to fulfil today and can’t get her money back till she has fulfilled all 40. The next deal today she has to add another $12,000 AU dollars which is an outlay of $20,000 to someone who is disabled. She contacted Doba and they won’t help her. They can’t say if she even manages to beg and borrow an extra $12,000 will get another super deal which could be even more. Basically if she doesn’t do the deal, she loses ALL of her $8000. This is a joke and a scam. They prey on unsuspecting humans and should be urgently shut down. STAY AWAY!!! It’s a scam View More

Check before you start selling with Doba Suppliers
Doba offers product inventory syncing and price monitoring. I had trouble with these 2 key factors. The first time Doba did not synced the pricing on an item and I lost money on it. The second time just last week. An order came to my Ebay store and Doba failed to sync their inventory as they state they do when you are purchasing their monthly plans. Therefore lost money again. Cuatomer service is really bad. They'll say they'll contact you within 48 hours but after 5 days of waiting I had to contact them again today and no resolution to my issue. Also most their prices are not competitive at all. View More
