The best centre piece for the house
Had my map for 4 years now and absolutely love it! It’s a centre piece in our living room and the first thing one notices when coming over. Love that we can pin new countries after visiting (we look forward to this coming home after a trip!). I have now purchased the same map (3D, size L as a gift for a good friend of mine who travels a lot). One thing that could be improved -> for the set of pins, Scotland is missing which is a bummer (at the same time there is one for Crete which to me doesn’t make sense given that one is a country and is missing while the other one is an island 😃). Ordered a new set up pins now (4 years later), this still wasn’t fixed which is a shame. Other than that, 100% recommend. View More

Not sure if company is still even open
The companies chat and help are not helpful at all. There is no one waiting to respond on the WhatsApp number they give you. We waited for a month for our packages only for UPS to tell us that they’re going to dispose of them because they are undeliverable even though our address is verified and we have received packages from other companies through the Shop app. We spent nearly $1,000 and trusted this company to resolve our order in a timely fashion not only is the order extremely late, but there has been absolutely no ownership on their end and there seems to be no one waiting to resolve. Customer claims do not buy from this company, and I genuinely caution people who are thinking about buying from this company because it makes me wonder whether they are even still open. My order number is 130886 in case someone debates whether my review is real. View More
Amazing product, would highly recommend!
Done a bit of travel and I have now got x2 maps from this company. One the original on the wall map, second one is a LED 3D one and both times could not have faulted the company. Always showing people and tell them about it and they are just amazed by it also. Especially love supporting a family run business in Ukraine with what’s going on. We live in NZ so know that the product will make it here eventually and happily watched it travel across the world. I sit at my kitchen table and just look at the lights and it flash to the beat of music, so happy with it and couldn’t recommend more!🤩 One thing to note if it’s going on the wall it’s not going to come off so think long term. I think that’s one of the cool things about it being such a permanent fixture. View More
Great addition to our home!
We ordered a large world map with smokey finish. We asked for a couple of additional islands (with flags) that aren't in the standard set. They made those for us for a reasonable fee and they came out quite nicely. It arrived in just a couple of weeks. It's well-made and was pretty easy to put up. The app was OK, but it was easier to just measure the old-fashioned way. It looks great and we're very happy with it! View More

Overall quite good. I think the instructions would benefit from more advice on the placement of the larger blocks.
Hidden duty & tax fee
A month after receiving the map I received a duty & tax invoice for £44. This wasn’t made clear at the time of ordering. Wouldn’t have ordered if I had known this.

Ordered for my partners birthday
Ordered for my partners birthday, stayed in all day waiting for the delivery after 4 emails telling me it was being delivered that day only at 8pm to tell me there was a delay and it still hasn't come 6 days after it said. Said be ready yesterday and still not recieved. So hard to review so.ething I haven't got, Sorry if this is the delivery companies fault and not yours but still haven't got his birthday present almost a week afterthe date ordered beginning of October. American map arrived as des ribed and simply is awesome! Very easy to install and looks amazing. Any suggestions on putting additional pins in, aside from state pins would be great. Also would suggest a add on of Caribbean Islands that are in proportion to the (M) American map would be great. Thanks for a great product. View More

This is the second map I have purchased from them and would highly recommend any of their maps if you are looking for a timeless and elegant piece of art for your wall. High quality
High quality. Trustworthy procedure. World map (prime medium) is detailed enough. Europe's map was not accurate especially for Greece, that's why not picking the prime version. Facing difficulty to stick the letters of the logo at the wall; it would be better those to have already stick onto each letter in advance. View More
