Do not buy from this company!! Total scam/ thieves! Bought Apex 8 inflator in Aug; fully charged in Oct. and defective- lost 50% charge in 12 minutes trying to top off tires-took 12 minutes for 8 lbs. sent 5 emails to return for refund- finally sent return shipping label that I have to pay for for defective product. sent back 2 weeks ago and no refund, do response. this company is a bunch of stealing CROOKS! This company has the worst customer service I have ever had. I purchased something for my spouse and he already had the item. The product was unopened and I contacted them 2 days after Christmas. They refused to return my item and even refused to let me speak to a manager. Terrible!! Buy your products somewhere else!!!! View More

Very good products that perform well
I have been using Fanttik products for several years now. I got an electric screwdriver first and have loved using it over the years. The battery lasts longer than any other I've used and it has great driving power for screwing things into wood. Also, the variable speed feature works quite well. Then, I bought the Apex X8 air compressor and it has been a fantastic device for airing up all of my car and motorcycle tires. It is small, yet powerful. I can top off the air in all 3 cars and my motorcycle tires easily, but only need to charge it once every month to six weeks. Fanttik seems to take time to figure out what the customer needs and supply products to accomplish that. So, if you want products that are good quality and perform well, I would recommend the Fanttik products. View More

UPDATE: Amazon sent a replacement that charged from 68% to 100% in two hours. So far it is working as intended. Thank You.: CAVEAT EMPTOR! T8 APEX unable to charge after 40 hours. This device is worthless and defeats its purpose of portability if it needs a complete week to charge. Customer service must be on witness protection program since they will not come forward on email or phone. As if customer service does not exist. Do not give money to Fanttik!
Worst costumer service ever! They do not have a support phone line. The number they listed doesn’t work. There is no VM either. I’ve called during the time they listed as working hours. You get 1 email reply every 24hrs from the offsite team regurgitating whatever script they were given. Every time I email asking for a return label or return address, they ask me to verify my home address. I’ve now confirmed my address for the 3rd time. They are not listed in the BBB. They also filter their reviews submitted directly on their website. Do not do any business with this company! View More

Pretty quality device, good stuff
Pretty quality device. I didnt even know about the company till a channel on youtube talked about them. I purchased one of their electric screwdrivers and was impressed with its quality. Only compliant id have is that they don't include an extension and the screwdriver itself is thing meaning getting some of the screws in some tight corners is impossible. The case is sturdy. The bits appear to be very strong and resistant to stripping and the device itself has some wright to it. Feels really good in my hands. View More

I can’t say enough good things about Fanttik and their amazing customer service! I bought the Ride NEMO N7 as a Christmas gift for my kids, and we were so excited about it. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem with the motor not engaging consistently, which was really disappointing. I reached out to Fanttik’s support team, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They responded quickly, walked me through troubleshooting steps, and when the issue couldn’t be fixed, they immediately arranged to send a replacement. To my surprise, the replacement arrived so fast—way quicker than I expected! Now the NEMO N7 is working perfectly, and my kids absolutely love it. Poor Customer Service
I purchased the x9 ACE Bike Air Inflator. It does not work. I called customer service and the number is not accepting calls. I sent emails to customer support and they told me to send video of issue. I did that and they sent instructions to follow to see if would resolve issue. It did not. I asked for refund and they do not respond. Horrible customer service! Would like a refund since product doesn't work and they are ignoring the request. DO NOT recommend buying from this company. View More
