Received this bike from Amazon, well actually I received two. I sent the other one back (RET USAF with Integrity still intact🤦🏾🙂🤷🏾) and the company actually contacted me right away when finding the error on their end, which to me showed proof of attentiveness to their customers. To this day my mother is dissatisfied with my choice to send the other bike back, because it is so fun to ride mine she now wants one‼️ Also the company on all social media platforms is proud of their product and the customers who also are aligned with their clear mission of clean energy and earth🔋🚲🙌🏿👏🏿🔊💯❤️🌞 View More

This bike never worked from day one....battery is faulty and the company won't do anything about it please don't buy
Powerful ride
I haven't had much time to ride the bike I've only Ridden the bike 14 miles So far it is excellentDespite the fact that it arrive with a missing part no big deal customer service is excellent. I bought my first electric bike from G-force three months ago and it has great design features. This fat tire bike is awesome for my riding to work forth and back😊; it comes with disc brakes and stops very well. Also, nice customer support. It really gets lots of compliments, and is always a conversation starter.👍 View More
G Force Stay Away!
G Force 42: These bikes seem great till you need customer service from G Force. Mine is throwing a error 30 code ruined the trip I bought it for and no help from customer service. Do not call the number you will not get a response and email customer service will give you the run around. My bike had 23 miles on it. Buy another bike. View More
G Force Robbed Me
Update- They gave me a refund for the bike but yet to process my refund for the battery. They said once I sent in the battery I would get it. They received the battery and lo and behold there’s another excuse why they can’t give me a refund immediately. This company is a joke and customer service is non existent. I wouldn’t buy a cup of water from them if it was free!!!!! Initially everything was great. I wanted an extra battery with my purchase of the T42 EBike but they were sold out. They let me know that they would be changing over to a different battery and when they'd be expected to be in stock. When the regular batteries were restocked they sent me an email letting me know that. I asked for a discount for the wait time for the batteries but was told no but i didn't mind. The replies at that point from support was within a few hours. I bought the T42 bike and spare battery on 5/23/2022 for $1539.00. Bike was due to be delivered on 5/26. They advertise 24 hour before any product is shipped. It didn't get shipped til the 25th. I had to contact THEM and ask what's the hold up. They assured me in was on the way on the 24th. On the 25 i asked what's the hold up and they said we ran outta your bike you ordered but we got more in its on its way. Frustrating that they lied and i had to reach out to them but whatever bike is due to be delivered on the 5/27 now. So this part isn't on them FED EX of course loses my Bike. So I like G Force know what's going on and they just keep saying wait a few days. At this point G Force support is now replying once a day. Im calling leaving voicemail and emails letting them know Fed Ex said they need to do a lost package on my behalf since they are the shipper. G Force keeps telling me to wait a few days. I let them know y'all already had me waiting and now fed ex don't know where my package is at this point either send me another bike and battery or refund me my money. That was on 6/1. Purchased a ZM e-bike then realized…
Purchased a ZM e-bike then realized seat height was not correct for me. Tried contacting them by calling phone number on their web page and no luck. Immediately sent e-mail to customer support to cancel order and was told the following day it was shipped, it was not. Received ZM bike today May 3rd 2023 and requested a refund and was told that there would be a 25% restocking fee and that I would have to pay for shipping. Their web site clearly states FREE RETURNS within 14 days of distribution. Buyer beware this company is not honest, will not honor their RETURN POLICY. Customer service is horrible. View More
Poor customer support and doesn't last long
Had the G-Force T-42 for around 8 weeks until it ran into an 'error 05' that prevents the pedal assist and throttle from working (essentially making it a normal bike). I tried calling the customer service, never got 1 response (the number is just there for show) and e-mailing was also a horrible experience. It seems they really go out of their way to avoid interacting with you. Would heavily recommend to avoid purchasing any bikes from them. View More
Bad product and so poor customer service
I bought the bike on 20.03.2023 and comes with a front wheel out of alignment and the brake pads being in touch with the brake disk. The seller sent me back a link to do the adjustments by myself. Now I have an electric issue: the problem that I have is the rear light more exactly. When I turn the display on, the rear light is staying on with no pressing the break . When I press the brakes the rear light becomes brighter as normal but is not switching off when I release the brakes. I've sent the email to the seller to report the problem but doesn't respond. Received our bike via FedEx and the box as well as the bike is damaged. We've emailed and called but are unable to get ahold of anyone. Can't belive you spend $2k on an item and they coukd care less. STAY AWAY!!!! View More

We bought this bike six weeks ago and it has only worked for one week. My son saved up $1800 for a year to buy an electric bike. It stopped working after the first week and I have been given the runaround for the last five weeks. I have provided pictures, serial number, description and 26 emails to get a simple part sent. Then, they sent me the wrong part that I received in the mail today. Throughout this process I have asked to return the bike several times and nobody has followed through with my request. I’ve been forced to wait for the parts to come in. That is now the wrong part so my son still does not have a bike ride. I am begging you, Do not buy a bike from this company!!! They are a horrible company and you will waste your money and they do not stand behind their products. View More
Don't be tricked!!
My bike got an error code 10 and not a single local bike shop is able to fix the issue. There is no acceleration and is basically unusable. The customer support does not respond and are obviously not english speaking. The phone number on their website is fake and does not work, I've been trying to get help from the manufactures and nothing has happened yet. An absolute nightmare, esspecially because this is my main from of transportation due to a DUI. Stay away from G-Force Ebikes
I bought the G-Force T42 on 6/21/2022 and have had nothing but problems with it...out of the box and brand new the front brake handle and fluid reservoir was leaking and had to be replaced...it took a month to get the parts. My ebike quit working after 4 months and I found the motor controller was bad, the most likely cause was because it wasn't secured properly and was rattling around inside the frame of the ebike. I've been trying to replace it for months the company gives me the run around won't honor the warranty and don't have the part in stock, yet they keep trying to sell me the wrong part, lying to me and saying it will work, which is total BS. I tried to go around G-Force by buying the part from Lishui ( the manufacturer...part #LSW 1866-1MA) but they didn't have it listed because they don't make it anymore. So, it appears G-Force sold me a Ebike with obsolete parts on it...unbelievable and outright dishonest. My brand new T42 is now worthless, thanks to the CCP with their lying and cheating companies. "Buyer Beware" I purchased a (1st generation) version T42 Fat Tire Model around year 2021, no issues with bike or console. I then started having issues with screen flicker and charging. Ok, I then attempt to contact customer support to order a replacement battery, paid the over $300.00 and the company sent me the 11.AH "WRONG" Battery. I need this Battery; E Bike Battery Li-ION Model Y48510G, 48V 10400mah, 365-21-A, 499Wh, 20 122600 02399 I even attached photos. So, within a week I hear nothing back from (CS) and there pops a posting on G-Force site that states that there is "a discontinued battery" for my 1st generation. I'm currently trying to get a full refund for the "wrong battery" thanks G Force (Sarcasm) BLUF: Please do your research, I now have a $1100.00 paper weight which by the way G Force will not offer up "some form of compensation" other than "Hey you can buy another BIKE from us!!???. There are other reputable companies that are out there, call their Customer Support and above else and ask them thorough questions about their products especially about discontinued Batteries and warranty thereafter wards. Your purchase is good up to the year, or buy an additional battery before this company discontinues your model. No long term support. Customer Service is obviously out sourced out of country and USELESS. !!!Buyer BEWARE!!! I purchased g force t42 bike and it was not working…
I purchased g force t42 bike and the controller was faulty. G force were very poor to communicate with taking extended periods of time to reply. Once they identify the problem, they said a new part would be sent out and I would recieve a tracking number within 48hrs. This was on the 25th of August, today it is the 4th of September and g force have completely ignored multiple e mails from myself asking for a tracking number for the part they have supposedly sent out. On the 1st of September I messaged them to inform them that I will be seeking to take legal action against them. But they have still ignored my attempts to contact them. I am very unhappy with there lack of service and poor quality bike. View More
