Don't trust this company , they lie about features and the customer support such as manuals are hard to come by and they don't respond at all!!! Will never buy their products from them in future.

Absolutely trash company with the worst customer service
Absolutely trash. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I bought the tiny go 4k version and the flight controller fried within 3 weeks. Reached out to them and they said to buy another one at a discount. So I did and that one had issues from the first flight. So I reached out for repairs and they said to mail it in and they would replace it for free. I mailed it in and then they said they were going to charge me for repairs. I sent them screenshots of the conversation and they pretended that it never happened. They said 1-2 days to verify with support and didn't hear back for over a week. They're super slow on response time, don't answer your questions, are extremely incompetent and will basically scam you out of your money and equipment by lying to you. Will never purchase any product from them ever again and I advise you to do the same. View More

I first want to say I loved this quad but....
I first want to say I loved this quad that I purchased so much I purchased it twice. The first time was through getfpv.com and the 2nd was direct geprc.com. Purchasing direct I thought I would be getting the best product. The reason I’m giving it 1 star because on arrival of my 2nd dolphin I could not get the video to work. I tried changing the cam and when that didn’t work I decided to reach out to the manufacturer. I emailed them explaining my video will not work and sent videos of a black screen. Mind you I never have flown this specific quad and it is brand new. Sent pics to prove that as well. Geprc emailed me asking if I had another VTX to try on it. I explained to them that I did not want to mess with this quad and end up making the problem worse and them refusing to fix it or replace it. I then asked them to just send me a replacement. They ask me to mail this quad to their California location but no shipping label was sent. I asked them if they could send me a label so I didn’t have to spend more money than I should have to in the first place. They said no and they expected me to pay for shipping on a product that never worked to begin with which frustrated me. I don’t have a problem with paying for shipping when I am returning something but I am asking them to send me a replacement quad that works correctly and not a half working lemon . If you are going to buy this quad, I highly recommend! It is definatly a ripper but purchase it from a source that you trust. Im not happy I must now pay $20 more to ship this to a place to get one that works. I might as well just buy a new vtx for that amount of money to ship and just fix it myself. Terrible experience, over a month, order lost.
Terrible experience, over a month and my order still results "returned to shipper". Customer support is bad (ticket opening page is broken, email responses are slow), I wish I had never ordered there. I am asking now for a full refund of the order. But the damage is done as I am in trouble for shoot now. Avoid. SCAM / Very bad experience
Very bad experience, stay away from their online shop! I ordered two quads 2 weeks ago and paid via PayPal with express shipping to Germany. A week later I asked when they would ship and they always said "tomorrow" but they never did. I started a PayPal Case and then they responded "We can ship today if you cancel the case" so I did, but they lied and never shipped. It continued with "good news we ship tomorrow", but that never happend, nor the day after. So now for days I'm asking for a refund and all I get is a "I will assist you with your refund" but they are not refunding, nor shipping. Looks like I'm out of ~ 750 USD, going to file a police report for this and never shop there again. I wish I read this review, I too having issue with this company and I don’t know why they are in business. They sent me a defective drone cinalog 25 analog. One of the motor is not working. It took them awhile to ship it and they have not reply back with the message or ticket I opened. I am going to open a case with PayPay. Geprc support responded and they told me to get a GEPRC battery 660 and I did and the problem did not fix it. The one motor is still spinning slow. I don’t know why would they think the issue was battery. I ordered ths drone 6/11/2022 and I got it after many weeks. right from the start I already or out of the box the one motor is spinning slow the GEPRC suppport started saying to replace the battery with GEPRC 660 battery which did not resolve the issue. GEPRC support then said to move the bad motor to another ESC PAD so they can determine if its a bad FC or motor. (this will involved soldering) Well its bad FC board and they want me to pay for new one and may I remind you I just got this drone from them. Never again, bad company. View More

They sent me a defective drone
They sent me a defective drone. The drone would not bind. Some of the solders were very bad and some wires were hanging by just a single strand. Some bad wire stripping. At first they told me that I was doing the bind procedure wrong so it was not binding. I then lost a video signal cause the strand of wire broke. They then cut off my emails. They would not respond. I tried for weeks and still no response. i finally gave up and wrote off the $400 as a learning experience. I would not trust this company or their employees. Buy from a third party vendor ONLY. never buy anything from this company
i ordered a geprc drone that was a pnp, as i tried to tin the pads in order to prep the fc for my receiver the pads started to lift from the pcb, i had not soldered anything onto it yet the coating was gummy and all over the board and any heat would just rip off the pads. so i reached out to them hoping that they would exchange it, instead they said that i didnt know what i was doing and said they wouldnt work with me to make it right. Wish I Saw These Reviews...Before Ordering!
My 100% and honest experience is as follows: I dealt with Andy Chen (if that is even his real name) of GepRC after a purchase of one of his new drones. He and the Chinese company seem reputable pre-sales (emails and website), but if you intend to return an item, that is when GepRC (Andy Chen) will reveal their intent to not support returns. I was told by Chinese customs and FedEx International that GepRC refused the unused drone despite agreeing to take it back. If the address wasn't correct as provided, he did not provide a new address or attempt to pick it up locally at the FedEx International in his city. So that was a $200 shipping fee plus the cost of the drone that I lost...if I ever get it back. I challenge you to try to find his address anywhere on his website or via "google-ing" the company. They intend to be hidden for a reason and it will be apparent when you need to return an item. I will never buy a drone or anything from this company again. 12/09/2023 I purchased DJI GOGGLES INTEGRA glasses worth 500 euros on the Internet from the GEPRC company. 02/10?2023 I received them but they turned out to be faulty. I contacted the seller but they refused me, saying that they are only a distributor and I need to contact the manufacturer - DJI. I contacted DJI support. They checked the product number and said that the warranty only applies to China and if I want to repair the product in Europe, then at my own expense, and if I send it back to China, then DJI does not have the ability to send and receive packages. And they suggested contacting the seller. The seller refused me again. DJI then recommended that I send the product to a repair center in Europe for diagnostics and repair costs. As it turned out, there was a problem with the electronic unit and I was charged 240 euros plus transportation costs. I contacted the seller and reminded that I have 30 days under warranty after receiving the product, if a fault is found, contact the seller for repair, replacement or refund. This information is indicated on the seller's website. I offered to pay for the repairs and asked if they did not agree what they could offer me. If they think that it should be sent to them in China, then I am ready to do this and asked to clarify the address. To which I received a strange offer to send the glasses without the original packaging, without indicating DJI, indicating that this is a TV remote control worth $20. And that if the package is lost, then that’s my problem. View More
