Exceptional customer service and satisfaction! I rented a Suzuki Jimny for seven days. I had some issues with this car after the first day, including a slow puncture. After calling Go Car Rental and explaining the problems, they offered a Subaru Forester as a replacement car for no extra charge. They even dropped the car off to us where we were parked and took the old car away. They were helpful, supportive and understanding of the issues. I would recommend this company for car rentals as they clearly value their customers and understand that no one wants to spend their holiday fixing car issues. View More
Always a good experience
I've used this company now for my last three trips to Iceland and have always had an excellent experience. Great value for money with helpful and friendly staff. Since last summer an office directly at the airport, it doesn't get any better. Even when our flight was delayed so much that we landed outside their office hours they sorted the car for us. Great car rental experience
Had a great experience with Go Car Rental this week. The rental cost was significantly lower than any of the "mainstream" car rental firms were quoting and I appreciated the reassurance of being able to reduce the insurance excess to zero for a relatively minimal cost. The car was a little older than you would normally get from a hire company, but I did choose their cheapest available option and it proved comfortable and reliable throughout our trip. The customer service from the team at the office in Keflavik was exceptional and I sincerely appreciated the detailed advice they offered on driving in Iceland when we collected the car. I wouldn't hesitate to use Go Car Rental again, next time we're in Iceland. View More

I've rented cars all over the world for decades. My wife and I recently spent a few days in Iceland, and decided to go to GoCarRental for a rental car for th ed=week. I can truthfully say that I've never had such a pleasureable experience! The staff we extremely professional and friendly. They work with us to get the vehicle we needed at the best possible price. W4e had a week of completely relaxing travel with absolutley no mishaps. The car was in great condition, and completely met our needs. He had just finished a cuise, and we had a ton of luggage since we were travelling with another couple. Everyones luggage fit easily, and the ride was completely comfortable. The staff really went the extra mile to get us the best deal, and they were so friendly, we plan to stay in touch in the future. Give them a try! You will not be dissapointed! View More

Service was very good , pick up and drop off without any problems. by return a employee just look around the car, proof the fuel stand and thats it. its done within a few minutes. We found this company through the Cheap Car Rental comparison website and it offers the cheapest rate for the type of car (4WD) that we needed for our road trip in Iceland. We rented a Dacia Duster, which did not once give us any trouble during our 10-day drive around the country. The office is just across the road from the departure terminal of Keflavik Airport. Look for Aurora Hotel, cross the road to reach the entrance of the hotel, then walk towards the left of the entrance, turn right twice, and you will see the office. You can push your airport trolley right until there. Picking-up the car was fast and no fuss. When we needed to contact Customer Service during our trip, it was very easy to contact them. They answered our telephone call, and replied our email right away. This is very important, because it is very comforting and re-assuring to know that someone is at hand to answer our queries when we need help. All the staff that we have encountered ad spoke too were very efficient, polite and helpful. We have no hesitation at all in renting from them again should we return to Iceland in the future. Booking was straight forward on the website. The car collection was great with the location of the office easy to find and helpful staff with signing out the car. We had a Mitsubishi Pajero for a 7 night trip. The vehicle had some signs of wear inside (not a concern for us) but was nice to drive, had plenty of space for luggage and a family of 5, and was excellent on fuel. We had a query during our trip and my email was responded to quickly and helpfully. The drop off process was easy. I would rent from Go Car Rental Iceland again without any concerns. View More
Fantastic from start to finish
Fantastic from start to finish. When we collected the car, we were told of little chip marks on the car. We were sent pictures of the entire car before hand. Amazing customer service. I paid extra at the time of collection for the full insurance package but this was choice and not pushed by the sales person. Dropped the car off at 6:30am and was welcomed by a happy Kian, he checked the car and thanked us for our custom. Would highly recommend using Go Car Rental Iceland. View More

Booking was easy, no huge credit card deposit. Staff were friendly & the review of the car prior to our collection was detailed.
