No spart parts list, no support docs

rear tire frame pivot on a shaft and is retained by two shoulder bolts. These are special bolts. One fell out 1st week. Unsafe to ride. Support refuses to send assembly diagram with parts list. No full replacement parts list available on web or in docs sent. Support is guessing what to send, and sent the wrong part. 4 weeks later, still fighting with support. They want me to take the bike to another repair shop and have them fix it and they offered to pay for it. Really? Just provide repair / build docs and let me order it by part number! Don't trust Hoaqi. Bikes are OK, but they offer no support docs. View More

Poor support and quality

So I purchased two of the white leopard ebikes last Oct 2025. Neither bike has over 100 miles on it. Total cost was 2300.00+ . To get to the problem(s), first of all I am almost positive that the warranty has changed significantly from when I purchased. My mistake is that I did not screen shot all of the warranty. Based on how the warranty on the bike as well as all electronics is now, I would not buy this brand...PERIOD!!!!. Second my throttle control went bad (only 9 months old and has never seen a drop of moisture) and I have to pay for the replacement. They feel they did me justice buy giving me a discount on the part. DON'T BUY HAOQI!!!! Update 9-15-2025 So after much arguing with the company they did finally send me a new controller. (3 weeks to receive) I have only gotten minimal riding in since replacement so I can not confirm that the part is reliable. Part is identical brand printing and badging on back. Confidence that this is going to be any better is not very high. All I can say is that even after doing a whole lot of research you never know what you might get.... a Friday end of shift lemon or a quality piece of equipment. I will say there are companies with better warranties on their batteries and bikes that may be a little more cost but it might be well worth it. View More

I was not the easiest customer to deal with

They responded to every email even when my bike broke down. They sent me videos on how to troubleshoot it super easy to fix. It was also cheaper to buy the bike from you guys and then it was from the company that made it. Exceptional customer. service. View More

Antelope

I purchased two Antelope bikes after much research. To date the bikes have meet our expectations for the cargo style. Assembly was easy and we now wish we ordered baskets and saddle bags. I do wish the bikes came with a key lock for start up but we knew that prior to purchase. It’s a solid bike. View More

DO NOT BUY! Horrible service!

Horrible customer service! DO NOT BUY! If you have a problem with them they will lie, stall and delay. Multiple google reviews with the same experience as I do. Needed warranty replacements and they stalled and "troubleshooted" my problems until I was outside the warranty window. Which is only 6 months for anything but the frame!! They say 2 years on their website, but that again, is for the frame only!! What a joke! Even after I PAID for the parts they would give me tracking numbers and it would be weeks until I saw movement on and got a date. Even then, the package would sometimes not even arrive. They would change the delivery date multiple times. And what's worse, they still haven't sent me what I paid for!! 8 months later!!!! Horrible grotesque obnoxious service. They have disabled new reviews on google to keep their 4.2 stars from dipping even further. They had a 4.6 when I bought the bike in August 2024. View More

Awesome ebike Cheetah

Haoqiebike.com I got my bike yesterday afternoon so excited I assembled it right away. Charge my batteries and ride my bike for 21 miles this is my second ebike but this Cheetah is awesome. I'm so glad I choose this bike from Haoqi. I also love the new display monitor. Everything is perfect for this bike. The ride is very comfortable. Love this bike

I got my bike it was delayed for two extra weeks after which I receive it assembly it charged the battery and took it for a ride in that night. love it, I ride the bike to work for the past two weeks! I have one complaint in which I heard a noise from the drive motor when I engage the motor for pedal assistance! View More

After placing my order for the Mustang…

After placing my order for the Mustang EMB I found out it was put on Backorder. I received updates through email about when the bike would deliver and when the date was missed they offered me a discount to make a slight change to my order which also moved up the delivery date. Most companies that I deal with rarely stay on top of it like HAOQI did for me. I have also been extremely happy with my first impressions of the Mustang EMB which has exceeded my expectations for the price. View More

A good bike

I did the pre-order and it was worth the wait! I wanted a full suspension bike and this is the ONLY one i could find with a throttle. A throttle is VERY important to me because i have bad knees and i need to have the option to throttle if/when my knees give out on a long ride. I had one minor issue and it was resolved within days. They credited me the cost after i had the bike repaired, which is odd because I was told that: "All the parts on your bike are specially customized components, so you won’t be able to find their exact models on the market. We also don’t have detailed specifications for these parts. If you need to replace any parts in the future, please send us clear photos of the items you need. We’ll contact the manufacturer to have them custom-made for you and then arrange the shipment. We hope you can understand, and thank you for your patience and support." View More

I have bought two of the HAOQI…

I have bought two of the HAOQI Mustangs. Why? First, the price is ridiculously low. Just the Bafang 560 motor and the battery, (top of the line Samsung cells, hence the 700 dollar price tag), is probably worth 1200 to 1400 dollars before shipping and taxes which are free with HOAQI Mustang. Second, why two of them. I really thought that at 4K (2K each) total for both bikes delivered I thought I would have two batteries and one parts bike. It turns out, their support and parts do not require a second parts bike. They do respond and send you parts if there is a problem. Just use the email system and within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, you will get a response. You do need to be somewhat mechanically inclined or have access to someone who is to assemble and make repairs. Most bike shops in the SF Bay Area won’t work on these bikes. A side note, Also, make sure during assembly and anything you think may not be properly Thread Locked, Use LOCTITE blue on all threads. They miss a lot. Certain blue lock tight the assembly bolts on the steering and handlebars during assembly. On to the two bikes: Both bikes were packaged perfectly. No damage during shipping on either. Mustang 1: The first Mustang developed a rear brake (Spongy) problem which eventually I isolated to a leaking right hand brake reservoir. They shipped me a complete brake assembly including disk, caliper, frame hose and hand brake for free. The hand brake was preloaded with mineral oil I removed the plug and screwed in the brake line and plugged in the motor cut off wire and the sponginess was gone and no leak. I had complained about not having an extra front brake assembly and they sold me a complete assembly for a front brake and they gave it to me for half price ($50) delivered. Mustang 2: Delivery was perfect. Assembly went fine BUT there front wheel was missing the two end caps that snap into the wheel bearings. I emailed them a YouTube video link of the side to side movement of the installed front wheel and they sent me the two parts. Installed them, and I am good to go. I am not sure if I lost the parts during assembly of they were just not shipped. Either way they took care of it. These bikes may not have ALL of the “TOP of the line” components, but a mid drive full suspension with an indestructible Bafang 560 motor, which puts out 130 Newton Meters of torque, and a top of the line UL battery for 2K delivered is a no brainer in my opinion. The second Mustang came with a mount and kickstand which is a great addition. I have added some stuff from Amazon to the bikes. Just search with the description below. I am incredibly impressed with Haoqi’s customer service. One of my Camel e-bike batteries quit charging and needed repair under warranty. The entire process was fast, smooth, and hassle-free. Their team was responsive and professional. They first send me a different type of charger which still did not work. Then they told me to send the battery in for repair. I sent my battery in and got it back in like new condition way faster than I expected. They were quick to provide updates and make sure everything was handled properly.
