The images turned out better than expected. Some were definitely better than others. But, I got at least 4-5 real winners and some nice runner-ups. The only thing that I would note is that the communications was not as promised. That could use an improvement. It is challenging doing business online & across time zones. To not receive communication is alarming in this day & age. It would have been a 5 star experience! View More

Really disappointed despite following all their instructions and taking 15 photos around my house with various expressions and lighting the photos look nothing like me. Only 1 was usable the rest are someone else (someone like me but not me to a point where no one would recognise it as me) really disappointed *updated to add that when I got in touch with their customer service they refunded me straight away as I couldn't use any of the photos. So product wasn't good for me but the customer service was great. View More

Little Work for Tons of Great Results
The hardest part was finding 15 photos to submit, but it was a lot easier than doing hair and makeup and outfit changes, waiting for the sun to be in the perfect place, and similar challenges of live photography. I was amazed with how fast and accurate the results were for so little effort. And the price was unbeatable. Definitely worth trying. View More
