Hex gaming is next level gaming.

Hex gaming is next level gaming. Great controller looks good, Feels good, has texture on bottom of controller for grips. Short trigger pulls for “shooters”. Easy mapping.! Just like the PlayStation controller with the extras. Very well done. View More

First and replacement controller no good!

Got my first controller a month ago and the thumbsticks were out of whack so got a hold of customer service and they sent me a replacement and told me to keep the first one and when I got the replacement they didn't add the trigger stops on the L2 and R2 buttons like how they were on my first controller and on top of that the R2 button was out of whack pressing on it's own so once again I got a hold of customer service which takes forever for them to reply to you or they don't at all they just skim your messages!!. I don't know I mix feelings about this company it seems like a good cheap elite controller type of company but there customer service isn't good at all!!!. 🙄 View More

Terrible controller that has experienced stick drift and button failure for years

I purchased my controller two years ago on Amazon. I started experiencing glitchy controller movements from the start, but thought it was just bugs within the game. I finally decided to contact their support team after experiencing definitive stick drift and button failures. They don't abide by their lifetime warranty claims... I contacted support and they asked me to record two very annoying videos: 1) Set up the controller on a computer to diagnose button/joystick input (luckily I have a computer and cable with the ability to do this). 2) Take a video of you playing the game with the controller. Then they ask you to pay $95. What's the point of me even taking those videos if you're just looking to sell me an old controller??! "This fee covers the cost of parts, manual assembly, return shipping, and other resources involved in processing your replacement." That still doesn't cover shipping to the facility I assume, so I'd also have to pay for that. I responded and told them that this was ridiculous. I could buy a new one almost at that price and have it within days. I could probably buy one second hand for a quarter of that. They offered a free controller and skin "upgrade" (because they no longer have basic white), which are all ugly. They offered a carrying case as a sign of "goodwill" - I DON'T CARRY MY CONSOLE AROUND WITH ME. And, if you do that math, this "repair" would only be worth 48.01...$95.00 selling price - $25.99 worthless case - $20.00 skin "upgrade" = $48.01 In sum - their warranty is not real. You have to pay to have a refurbished controller sent to you. $100+ to get a "new" controller? No thanks. Never again and save yourself the headache. View More

Avoid HexGaming at all costs.

Avoid HexGaming at all costs. I spent nearly $200 on a custom Hex controller expecting premium performance — it didn’t even last two weeks. The LB button broke with normal use, and now the controller is practically unusable. They advertise a "lifetime warranty", but it’s a lie. I’ve emailed them multiple times, sent messages through their site, even tried reaching out on socials — no response. Nothing. This feels like a scam. They took my money, sent a defective product, and ghosted me. Now I’m stuck with a broken controller and no support, no way to return, no way to even talk to a real person. I should’ve gone with the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro — it’s made by a real company with real customer service. Lesson learned. If you're considering buying from HexGaming — don’t. Save yourself the headache and go with a trusted brand that actually honors warranties. HexGaming = overpriced garbage with no support. You've been warned View More
