BEWARE WILL SEND OPENBOX ITEMS ….
I ordered a K7 from their website and was sent a used one. It was open box and seemed that someone has used it for some time and then returned the same. It has scratches on the remote and dust in the button grooves. Lastly I had to pay duties and fees amounting to CAD 28.12, when their website states that it's duty free. All in all I had to pay USD 321.26 and CAD 28.12 (Approx. USD 21) for this. Their contact Blair has been of no help. Just sending random responses and trying to steer away from the actual issue. They claim it was opened by customs but I called customs to confirm and they said it was not as they would reseal it with their logo tape and put a note if they open a package.
