My Daughter Is In Love With Her Teal JenniBag - And So Am I!!
First of all, the product (JenniBag) is of terrific quality and honestly, the price is pretty darn good, and it's beautiful! My daughter wanted the Teal color and it's perfect! Secondly, I had emailed the staff at JenniBag to find out why my order was taking so long as my daughter was going on a trip on Oct. 8th. Jay, the cofounder of JenniBag, emailed me back himself and calmed all my fears of the product being lost or arriving late. Jay went out of his busy way to calm a nervous, crazy client and that speaks volumes to me! Lastly, when the JenniBag finally arrived, let me copy the email that I sent Jay: "I wanted to report that we just received my daughter's JenniBag and it is GORGEOUS!! My daughter has been "playing" with it to see how it feels, it's weight, the shoulder harness, how it completely opens up to pack,and how it attaches to the roller portion (back & shoulder saver!). She is thrilled and very excited to use it next week! The rollers roll so easily and we love how the roller packs back up into the JenniBag itself. She's been jogging around the house with the bag loaded crossbody to see how it feels. Needless to say, my daughter absolutely LOVES IT!!! Now to get rid of all the other archaic and clunky suitcases that are down in the basement and order more JenniBags!! LOL! I absolutely love this bag
I absolutely love this bag! I traveled to Croatia with this bag for 10 days - I packed a ton of clothes and toiletries in it. The roller worked great and I would just collapse the handle and put the bag (with the roller still attached) overhead on the plane - super easy and convenient. Easy to stow away when I got to my destination. View More
TERRIBLE customer service
I purchased the JenniBag suitcase and quickly realized it wasn’t going to work for me. I contacted the company to initiate a return in June of 2025, and was they responded saying they were starting the return process and asked me to send my order details so they could personally “make it right.” I’ve received zero follow-up, zero communication, and zero resolution. At this point, it feels like I’ve been completely ignored and strung along. This level of customer service is not just disappointing — it’s downright unacceptable. If you claim to stand behind your products and promise to “make things right,” you should actually follow through. Instead, I’ve been left chasing a refund for weeks with no response. The bag itself wasn’t the issue — but this experience has ensured I’ll never purchase from this company again. Love the concept of the bag, but was not able to travel with bag as a carry on. It would not fit in bag requirement slot and was not even packed to full capacity. So, was forced to check bag. Bag even has a tear in seam from using bag roller. Happened during first use, so that is disappointing. View More

This product did not live up to what I thought. I took one weekend trip and the zipper broke just in one trip. You can’t imagine packing for 10 days like the video suggests. Very disappointing.

They wont let you return your unused items
I'm trying to return unused items, because they don't fit as much as they said they did. But they won't give me an address to return my order for a full refund. They made me send a video, then they said I had to wait 3-5 business days for quality control to get with me to return my item's, 8 days later and many emails to their customer service, I can't get any help to return my items. Just Say No
Took so long to get the bag that I no longer needed it. Then they keep saying they'll try to get a return for me, but then nothing. So I'm stuck with a bag I don't want. It's a scam, buy any other bag. View More
Phenomenal overhead travel bag!!!
I saw this bag on Instagram and was very intrigued by the size and amount of clothing you could pack for a trip. The bag is phenomenal and the extra storage boxes you can get were also great. It made packing so easy. I would highly recommend this bag to travelers, and having the rolling wheels made it even better on a recent trip. I had three people ask me where I got the bag, they all made comments about it, and they loved it. In the beginning there was a little shipping issue, but the customer service at Jenni bag was phenomenal. They responded quickly professionally and I couldn’t be happier with this company. If you’re looking for a great travel bag this is the one to get. And yes, it fits perfectly in the overhead, so no need to check a bag. I've used the bag three times and the inner zipper just came off the track. I doubt I can fix it. Not what I expected from something I paid over $100 for.

This is a terrible product. Zippers are cheap and broke right away. Can not pack as they claim you can. And if you want to talk to someone you have to pay and give cc. Did not do that.
Small Bag
I finally received my bag, it was late but it is much smaller than it looks online. Pay close attention to the video, when they zip it up they empty it out. I couldn’t fit 5days worth of clothes plus shoes let alone 14days. Material is nice & heavy duty but the zippers easily snag & are at risk of breaking. Great concept but definitely needs to be fixed. Its not as quick packing as shown in ads
I liked the idea of the bag,very smart until you actually use it. Some of the videos show using hangers, this is impossible, so then you try packing w/o hangers,its doable but you can't put any thick clothing inside because it bulks up the center part and when you try to fold the bag its impossible. The shoes don't fit either. And it took two of us 1 hour to attempt multiple options!plus the zipper spread open in the center when we actually were able to zip it shut.Maybe I can contact a dry cleaner in my area to repair the zipper? The thought is a great one until you use it. View More
