This app offers a "free" version to convert Youtube videos to TikTok. Before you test anything they request signup...after which you expect the free trial...There is no free trial. Klap app charge to cancel subscription trough Dyme.
I subscribed to Klap app and it was good.. but when i wanted to cancel, I had to pay £16.67 pounds after I submitted an online form trough Dyme. On the dashboard, Doenst gives you the opportunity to cancel there for free. This is the first time I have seen a company charging to cancel a monthly subscription. View More

Klap is scam. There’s no way to cancel subscription and customer service doesn’t contact you. I would say just skip this app altogether and call your bank.

okay this isn't a real review I just needed some tech help and I noticed you answered reviews I've been trying for the past week to get some tech help and human agents haven't been answering and keep saying waiting for teamate. the app keeps saying network error please try again and check my connection but I've been to three different Wi-Fi spots the Ai robot in tech support keeps saying it's because too many people are on the app but I've been trying at different times of the day and I tried at midnight during the weekend and Friday and I tried refreshing the page and just exiting out completely and resigning in nothing has worked what should I do because I haven't posted in days and I just lost a subscriber.(don't worry I'll delete this after I get a reply) View More
