Delivery was problematic

The delivery was made across the street and left with a very elderly lady. The house to be delivered to was at home at the time and doorbell was not rung. The product is amazing.

DHL have stated in a e-mail they have delivered my parcel to myself at my address but this is incorrect and I still have not received my parcel or a response from DHL. I contacted them in the helpline and was advised I would hear back from them in 3 hours and it had been days! This was a Christmas present for my niece and I am really dissatisfied and disappointed. Heartbreaking Experience – Broken Promises, No Refund, and Complete Lack of Compassion

My sister ordered from Mabel & Fox and never received her item. Despite several promises that a refund would be issued, the company has repeatedly failed to do so. This isn’t just poor service – it’s a complete disregard for basic consumer rights and decency. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, customers are entitled to a refund for items not received. Mabel & Fox’s refusal to honour this obligation is unacceptable and potentially in breach of trading standards. What makes this even more devastating is that my sister is suffering from postnatal depression after a stillbirth. This situation has added unnecessary stress and emotional harm at a time when she most needed compassion and fairness. Mabel & Fox have shown no empathy, no accountability, and no integrity.
