DON’T considder, NEVER buy Maxshit
This review needs more explanation but for now the 1 star is needed. !!!Please DO NOT BUY!!! anything from Maxfind. 102 emails are send back and forth. They have my longboard back they send me and now the communication suddenly stops. So I LOST 1000+ euro, paid for the shipment to return the board. I got drained by the FALSE PROMISES in ALL THE EMAILS and the “funny” part is that after this review the comment below will say that I cheat or lie or.. whatever they will come up with. Also will they send an email with the request to delete this review. Like I said, this review needs more explanation which I’ll take my time for later. View More

My son and I have a blast with these boards! Even weighing 90 kilos, we managed a 25 km ride, tackling hills with about 200m elevation gain using levels 2 and 3. The performance is great.
Awesome customer service experience.
Had an issue with the truck axle on my board but the rest was perfect. I emailed customer service and they sorted it out super fast - really impressed with how efficient and helpful they were!
Loving the MAX6
I'm quite pleased with the max6! The battery range lasts a long time and it comes with some neat, up-to-date features like app connectivity and a flex deck.
So smooth!
Having used PU wheels before that felt harsh, the custom 105 cloud wheels on the max6 are a huge improvement - they look good and feel so comfortable and smooth to ride on.
From Really Disappointed to Pleasantly Surprised
6/30/25- Ok, I'll admit this is a bit weird but I'm leaving the bad review I left below this to document what I went through, but I'm revising it from1 star to really 3.75 but it will show 4. I guess the squeaky wheel really does get the grease because I sent like 30 messages, from simple requests to financial threats and got everything from single word replies to very well put together responses but it all seemed like it went nowhere, until today, when out of the blue, unexpected and un-announced, the warraty replacement deck showed up. It took like 3 1/2 months, horrible drop-outs in communication, lots of frustration and doubt but, they came through. I love riding the board, it's awesome. Customer service seems really just all over the place, but I guess if you keep up the pressure, they will do the right thing. OLD REVIEW 5/8/25- As I just wrote above, they finally came through and did the right thing. I purchased a Maxfind FF Belt skateboard about 9 months ago. It's actually a pretty fun ride, however a crack in the front of the board appeared, due to no fault of mine, meaning I didn't crash, drop, abuse the board in any way, just normal riding. I contacted Maxfind, they at first were replying in 1 or 2 word responses until I requested being treated like a real customer that had spent a lot of money and expected a professional interaction. That worked for about three emails where I got false promises of an honoring of my still valid warranty and shipping of a new deck in 3-5 business days. Now a month later, nothing. No responses to emails, seems like I'm blocked on Whatsapp, on their site in chat, just now, I was asking about this, there were 3 or 4 messages and then it says "we are not online, please send an email..." So I decided to come here instead and warn everyone to stay away from this company. They seem totally untrustworthy, manipulative and shady. Oh yea, right after they said they would ship the replacement deck they ever so politely asked me to write a good review for them. I said as soon as I get my warranty replacement deck that I'd be happy to. So they basically were trying to trick me into writing a review before doing what they said they would/should do. Amazing. I paid with a Chase CC and later today will file a fraud case. They can deal with the legal team from Chase Manhattan Bank moving forward. SERIOUSLY, THESE GUYS ARE NOT NICE OR GOOD PEOPLE FROM WHAT I CAN TELL, MY SINCERE ADVICE IS TO DEFINITELY NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. View More
Bad customer service sometimes, decent sometimes.
UPDATE: Disappointed with their support and customer service this time. I purchased a replacement remote after I lost mine, the new one arrived well, but its connection with the board is not solid. It randomly disconnects sometimes, and even experienced lags/glitches with braking/acceleration. If they knew remote re-pairing is finicky they should’ve made that clear from the start and I would’ve bought both the esc and remote together. When I reached out they just told me to ‘buy another one’ even though it has a 3 month warranty. Kind of unacceptable in my option. It’s a shame too because before this my experience has been decent with them. Original review: Good customer service from my experiences and decent shipping. As far as build quality goes, I have the Maxpro2, ive put it through the wringer for 4 years, it's held up pretty well. My board has always had an overheating problem where it slows down significantly after 3-4 km, but I cant complain too much because they sent me some replacement parts and I just never did it since I only need it for ~2 km/trip. overall I love mine. This company regularly scams people
Dishonest company, dishonest people. I paid 700 for a kit with 70km range. They send me kit with 18 km range which can only do about 8km on a full charge. After they tried to gaslight me claiming it was the correct battery. After me wanting to return the board the problems got worse. Im waiting on my paypal dispute. In the meanwhile they keep lying they changed the information on the website not knowing i made screenshots beforehand to expose the lies. Im still waiting for my claim from paypal. Trust me its not worth the problems doing business with them. And while reading up ive heard things about their batteries catching fires too so i just want this crap out my house View More
I’ve had my Maxfind electric skateboard…
I’ve had my Maxfind electric skateboard for over 4 years now, and I still absolutely love it. I use it all the time, sometimes for traveling around, helping me get to work quicker, popping to the shops or just going for a fun ride and it’s never let me down. The performance has stayed consistently great over the years, the battery holds up just the same as the day it arrived, and the ride is always smooth and reliable. What I think really stands out though is the build quality. This board has taken on all kinds of terrain, weather, and day to day use, and it still feels solid and responsive. It's clear that Maxfind makes their boards to last, and I’ve never once regretted investing in mine. If you're thinking of getting an electric skateboard, I can’t recommend Maxfind enough. It’s super fun, durable, and just such a great ride even years later 🛹 View More
My son's favorite board
My son loves his board; he rides it every single day.
Good Electric Skateboard
This electric skateboard offers a smooth and stable ride, even at higher speeds. The deck feels sturdy and well-built, providing a sense of confidence. Acceleration is impressive, and braking is responsive and predictable. The remote control is comfortable to hold and easy to use. Battery life seems to align with the advertised range, allowing for enjoyable, extended rides. While the board is a bit heavier than some others, it feels solid and durable. Overall, it's a worthwhile investment for those seeking a reliable and high-performing electric skateboard. View More

I'm loving the FF BELT
I'm loving the FF BELT! My experience with it has been amazing so far, especially since it's my first electric board. The ESK8 community isn't big where I live, so figuring things out on my own was pretty fun. View More

This FF PRO board is impressively durable - it just rolls over rocks I thought would be a problem. Switching to the 110mm cloudwheels made the ride much smoother and more stable.

I have the FF series Street edition
I have the FF series Street edition. I won this board off a contest on Instagram. Didn’t know what to expect. I own seven boards now and in the last four years a total of 10 electric skateboards. I ride a few of the higher end boards, acedeck, tyneeboard, Propel and backfire. I’m actually very much enjoying this board. It only has about 17 miles of range but being at my age of 57 that’s about as far as I ride anyway. I’m really liking the double king trucks with the shorter wheelbase makes it very fun to carve and very easy to make it slide. The power on the take off is pretty good considering it’s a smaller battery and hub motors but typical of hub motors the brakes not too thrilled about. I’m absolutely loving the grip. Tape made of rubber matter of fact might look into it for my other boards. The carbon fiber flex is absolutely incredible too. I’d give it an overall pretty good rating specially considering you could purchase a second battery for pretty cheap and carry it with you and change batteries pretty quickly View More
I bought an FF AT board that broke down on the first day, and was then stolen by Maxfind...
I bought an FF AT board for $1000. Because of a faulty design, one side of the truck holding the motors simply separated on the first attempt using the e-brakes. It is all documented in a reddit post (search "how_a_manufacturer_designed_a_faulty_and") After weeks of emails and back and forth showing Maxfind the issue, they told me to send it back to a german location where they could fix it for me. I paid to ship it. At this point, it just needed the ESC replaced. After 5 months, and 75 emails where they kept telling me "next week we ship it back", I gave up. This was 9 months ago. So, they basically stole the board I bought from them... Avoid at all costs: the few $$ you save buying from them will be offset by time, effort and money. And in the worst case scenario, the board will injure like it almost did with me. View More
