Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! My original order was out of stock in Europe, but the team went above and beyond to find a solution. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Great communication and fast support. The MAX2 PRO X itself is fantastic — smooth ride, powerful motor, and great build quality. It feels solid and responsive, even at higher speeds. I’m really enjoying it so far. Highly recommend both the product and the company! View More

A German here

A German here. Fraudulent use of my card data (from someone); board ordered from a german warehouse. Supposedly on friday. I've detected this a day after and sent a cancellation writing which was ignored; the board was sent anyway with a suggestion that I reject the delivery. Which I did. They've recieved the package back and from this moment on, only ignorance or an occasional "we are processing" emails. A scam of a seller. Since I'm in legal business, I've (apart of the card dispute together with bank) initiated the inspection and eventual closure of the european warehouses. Do not buy! View More

Best performance for Best price

. Kevin from support was able to guide me according to my needs, the description I had given him of my daily route and directed me towards the max5s. Very good autonomy, punch to spare (personally I limit it to 30🥹) the app to configure the different speeds, torque and brake are simple to use. I was able to test with the cloudwheels rover 🥰and it's just wonderful, the cushioning is great coupled with the flexibility of the board. I still loosened the axles to have more curve for tight turns. Tanks again Kevin. View More

After 100+ emails with false promises…

After 100+ emails with false promises they wanted my longboard back to repair it. After I send it I never got it back and they stopped replying on the email. This company does whatever it takes to twist and turn anything they did wrong. They post replies on reviews and delete them later because they simply lie. The board itself is a piece of shit that is not worth the amount of money. I recommend anything else than this shit company. View More

MAXFIND FF AT - TRUE feedback after 1 year

This post was previsously done for reddit, but what a surprise, MAXFIND is black flagged on reddit because they SPAM with false evaluations of their products! That's enough to understand a lot about them... (unfortunatly I can't attach the photo here but it's the only suitable place I found to share my experience) __________________________________________________ This longboard is really nice, comfortable, the range is good... all fine for me regarding the specs. The big wheels are a must for safety and comfort. Just one bad point: I went to Italy for my vacation, and as the temperatures were high (35–40 °C), the synthetic board itself became very flexible, way too flexible... I nearly touched the road, so I had to place my feet as wide as possible (to press more on the trucks/axles and less on the flex)! I weigh 85 kg, so not that heavy... Still, I liked it anyway as it was an exceptional situation, and in my country the flex is right and comfortable for rides. Just keep that in mind if you live in a hot-weather country. ;) Now, the bad side: I had warranty issues. The soldered bolt on the back truck broke, which damaged the hub wheel wires because the whole wheel rotated freely. The ESC (electronic circuit) didn’t like that and died. If I had to pay for all that, it would have cost me the price of a new board! I don’t ride off-road, I’m a 48-year-old guy who doesn’t want to get injured. I ride gently and take care of my expensive toys. Support first accused me of misuse, didn’t answer, or responded lately, or only half-answered my questions, made me request again over and over, forced me to stay patient to not spam them, ... I sent countless emails and had to stay quiet, because when you need help, you must keep the contact open... In the end, I finally received the parts (first the truck and the wheel, and as it was still KO, the electronic ESC one month later). All the parts I received were untracked and showed up with no notification, just left in random boxes in front of my door (strange for such expensive parts). No explanation on how to do the job, of course—just a few partial instructions that I had to beg to receive... All the way, I had the feeling that they did not really want the guarantee to be respected. Even though the problem was eventually fixed, I'm truly disgusted by this brand now. For people who might face the same issue, I post below what I did to replace the ESC and initialize the new one—since, of course, I had to figure out nearly everything by myself. Hopefully it can help. Have nice rides, folks! HOW TO CHANGE & SETUP a new ESC: A. Check the videos of remplacement ESC on youtube (link not allowed here, but you can find it with chatgpt) Nothing difficult, just need an hot air gun and take your time time. Stop the board and disconnect the battery before doing anything !!! Connect first the two wheels to the new ESC, and next the battery (it made a little ‘TAC’ when plugging the battery, but no damage was done ... just a bit of stress). PS: The ESC I received was 'inverted'. I mean the wheels turned in the opposite side than with the original ESC. So I had finally to invert the plugging of the wheels (cross the plugs in the box before pasting them with silicone) ! B. Pairing the remote controller: - power ON the board ~10sec button pressed continuously => power button blue light blinks quickly, the board is in pairing mode... - power ON the remote ~3sec button pressed continuously => the remote enter in pairing mode... - setup the remote (type: 12S / pair poles: 14) => DON’T try to drive the board now, it will be cogging and doing some strange and scary noises, and the wheels will not turn correctly... so don’t do that! You must first do the auto-learn procedure. C. Auto-learn the ESC with the wheels: 1. power ON board, power ON remote => remote connected 2. power OFF the board => remote disconnected 3. power ON the board, wait 1-2sec, and press again 5X the power quickly => the board make a big BEEEEP and scary strange noises, and start turning both wheels on opposite direction with some speed sequence, and finally stop after 1-2 minutes. 4. You finally must stop again the board, and start the board => remote connected => It’s now working ! Victory ! Breath & take a drink ! View More

Stay away from this company! You've been warned!

This is by far worst electric skateboard company I ever come across. They have Facebook group and if anyone asks about how to fix their problem, Maxfind will ban and suspend them out of the group just to silent them all. I went to support people who are having issues and I got banned and suspended as well. Their overall quality is very cheap with worst possible customer service along with people running the company acting childish is crazy. This company cannot handle criticism and they will silence anyone. This is one of the company that doesn't care about their customers and their reputation. They have very very poor reputation. There are way better companies out there. Check out OMW, Exway, Linnpower and Radium. They are one of the best out there. View More

Best Longboard Company

There’s way to many great things to say about MAXFIND, this is my intro to E-Longboards and it’s the most fun i’ve had in a long time. The CYBERMAX MAX6 is an insane board with a mental top speed and handling. The board is always planted to ground and doesn’t feel like some cheap made stuff. Along with the amazing customer support team helping with the order all the way through and giving proper tested specs on all boards. I would highly recommend buying from MAXFIND. View More

Maxfind are scammers

They are scammers, everything is a lie. We received the scooter and it didn’t work. Only after two months and after posting a negative review did they send us another one, and that one didn’t work either. They never answered again, never refunded my money, and now I have a scooter that doesn’t work. We are looking into how to sue them. Please do not buy from them. View More

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. I ordered a e-longboard. They claim shipping will be done in "European Union: 5-10 Days". After over 2 Weeks, I check my account. I see a tracking Code from DHL but DHL does not know the tracking number. I requested a refund by mail, and they asked me about the reason. I answer that request very politely, and they say they will refund after their holidays. But nothing happens. I write more emails asking about the status of my order. "Let me check" is the answer. Then silence again. I asked for a refund four times. I get no response or just some short comment like the one above, to buy more time. UPDATE!!! Their comment is a blatent lie! They never sent anything - the tracking code from DHL was invalid from the start and never changed status. Second my address is 100% correct. I even did not use German umlauts to reduce confusion. And I can proove that. Third: They never stated that they already shipped my order in any mail I got from them. They will never be able to proove that they shipped anything. View More

Skateboards engineered for failure. Customer support will then steal the board from you

Bought an FF AT. One of the rear truck failed on the first day: the piece holding the motor broke (poor soldiering), which almost killed me (slowing down, going downhill on asphalt before a crossing). After dozens of emails and videos and photos, Maxfind accepted I ship my board to them in Germany. It just needed an ESC swap (I already replaced the truck+motor). I paid about 60 euros for the shipping. And then after 4 more months of emails back and forth, where they alternate between "Who is this?", and "The board is shipping next Monday", and "It's a holiday in China", I finally gave up. They designed a faulty skateboard, and then I paid for them to steal it from me. After posting my experience on Reddit, no one was surprised.... (look for "how a manufacturer designed a faulty and dangerous $1000 skateboard") View More

A good overall electric longboard

I thank “Maxfind” for this high‑quality electric skateboard. I bought a Maxfind Cybermax 6. I highlight its remarkable build quality. The deck is made of composite rather than wood, which gives it a welcome combination of flexibility and durability. The motor is belt‑driven instead of being integrated into the wheels, providing a bit more power—but also a slightly higher noise level. I haven’t measured the actual range yet, but it seems substantial enough to cover commuting trips several times a week. Finally, customer service is very responsive and diligent. They were able to answer my questions. However, French riders should be aware that the board isn’t limited to 25 km/h, and I couldn’t achieve that limitation using the Tuya app. That’s the only drawback I see. Apart from that, the product should be satisfying. View More
