i can confirm the bad reviews, ordered in STOCK pieces , in there website is written 1-2 day will be shipped waiting for 1 week, wrote them an email to cancel my order not replying , you will not get an answer from them . Went to their site to grab the new Made68 Pro keyboard ,first shippement for some reason was sent back to the seller . Wrote them an email regarding the situation and got a response very soon that they ve sent another product almost same day as the return. First of all, the keyboard they make is sublime... Have more of their product than any other manufacturers ... Owning melgeek O2, mojo84 and mojopad, each one has its own characteristics and feedback typing distinctions. Although the 2.4hz dongle was faulty and contacted their service who were helpful and fast responsive, instantly resolved the issue... So fantastic customer service from my experience. Thank you! Among many magnetic switch keyboards, I personally find this one outstanding in every aspect. Its build quality, product design, and overall completeness are all very satisfying. The dedicated app they provide is also intuitive and convenient to use. I have been very satisfied using it for about a year.
