Worse purchase ever
Purchased the M1 automatic cat litter box in October 2024. It operated correctly for 2 weeks before it began to have issues. It began to empty the litter into the waste bin soon after being filled. It then would alert that the waste bin was full. I tried every recommendation, changed the type of litter using cheap, mid-range and the most expensive. I thoroughly cleaned the unit and nothing corrected the issue. It then would not connect to wifi, it had issues connecting from day 1 however I did not consider that a serious flaw. I contacted Customer Service after attempting to address the issues. Customer Service advised that I try what I had already had done several times and then requested I send the names of the litter I had used and a video of the malfunctioning unit. I responded that neither was possible as I do not sit and watch the unit and no longer had the containers from the litter. When the unit failed to make the connection to wifi,, there is a button that needs to light I was able to send a video of that and they finally determined that the unit was malfunctioning. The entire process took over two months of emails to their Customer Service department with many assurances that they would resolve the issue. They finally sent a replacement unit. However, I would have preferred a refund as I have lost all respect for this company and would never purchase another product from them. I had told them in an email that I paid a premium price and received a product that the Dollar Store would be ashamed to sell. First Neakasa M1 great alternative option
I bought Neakasa M 1 in summer 2024 and set it up beside the Litter Robot 3. I was pleasantly surprised that one cat took to it immediately and uses it regularly. I have not had any issues with it after about 6 months. In fact I bought a second one about a month ago but haven’t started it yet because of the mad holiday rush. I am hopeful it too will be accepted and function worry free like the first. I needed a second backup auto litter box bc the LR3 tends to stop working if I go away for even a weekend. I can’t explain it but it has happened two times in two trips in September and October. Even though I have a cat sitter who comes to take care of cats twice a day when I travel she can’t get it unstuck, so 3 cats have to have a manual box backup, Thank you for providing a viable alternative auto litter box! Returned my M1
Returned my M1 as it doesn't have movement sensors detecting if cat enters or leaves, just weight sensors. The infrared sensor are on the underside detecting if drawers shut and litter tray full, not movement. It regularly didn't detect my 4.6kg cat which is poor. View More

POOR products & customer service
I purchased two products from Neakasa (Formerly Neabot.) Take a minute to read this lengthy review before you consider purchasing from them. The first item I bought was a Q11 ROBOT VACUUM. It was my first dive into the vacuum robots. I LOVED it - until it died one year in. It went downhill from there. It took MULTIPLE emails (remember this) but I was RESILIENT as it was a lot of money to have lost after only 1 year. They finally agreed to replace it after I was to package and return it (accepting liability for any damage along the way) - I felt a ploy - but thankfully I had actually kept ALL the packaging so had that on my side! THEN... the company “updated” their app. The reviews were SO bad about it rendering the robots unusable, that I updated on a different device to test it. Thank goodness, because it wouldn’t work for me either. I kept the old app on a device so I can use it in manual mode only and no schedules or map edits. And for some reason barely a year into that one the suction volume has seemed to decline (it's pristine, cleaned after every use - yet barely useable no matter. So despite winning the initial round with them, this has become a bad investment. During that year it was working, the NEAKASA MOP went on sale, and at that point still happy with the Q11, I purchased it solely because they were having a great discount - thankfully didn’t spend full price! Exactly 1 year after purchase (this past Dec.) the battery has stopped communicating with the vacuum itself. It can fully charge, but the vacuum does not turn on to clean. It will clean itself in cleaning mode, so it is supplying power, but the on/off to clean is not working. Again, MULTIPLE emails over a months’ time. Today after informing them I was giving up and not pursuing this further, they "apologized and offered a discounted "refurbished" item. I firmly believe they are playing “the game” to see how many emails they can request additional information before they "sell" you MORE. NO THANKS! They're just doing this so now they can claim they TRIED to resolve it with the customer but customer chose not to accept their help to resolve issue" BS! I had supplied my name, telephone number, exact date of purchase, (I do have the credit card charge from the company) and the serial number along with photos of both the product and battery with VIDEOS of it not working and what it did do. Yet today, after my latest email, they commented it appeared to be over 2 years and therefore not searchable. It's been 13 months. (a year ago this past DECEMBER.) They just saw 2023 and now it's 2025 so they think they're off the hook, but didn't do the math! I have provided far less to other companies that can find orders in under one minute time with just the mailing address. Even if it WAS over a year by ONE day (and out of warranty) that wasn't what the issue was for them. Despite being a repeat customer, the ORDER number is all they will work with. Therefore, I am changing the game (one they cannot play) to how many review sites I can share my experience with. Starting here. I will give 2 stars 1 for each product when they DID work as I was actually happy with both of them and there may be some VERY lucky people out there whose products hold up (doubtful but anything is possible.) But for me, the expense for each didn't warrant using a product for just ONE YEAR or the HOOPS I had to jump through BOTH times for support. It's sad. Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Did not allow for any return after 30-day period even though item was unused/still in the box. Took out a loan with affirmed to pay for it and ended selling it for a $100. Worst customer service on the planet. View More
Great customer support
My experience with Neakasa for customer service is really positive. I have two recent customer support experiences with Neakasa. They always respond within 1 working day and they're really working towards a solution. One issue was about a bug in the app. This was reported and forwarded to the app devs. It was solved in the next update of the app. The other issue was with my Neakasa M1. Unfortunately this was a hardware issue where the machine could not deal correctly with empty litter bin. Customer support recognized the issue, and shipped a new base the day after they received my address details. I hope Neakasa continues to have this level of support :) View More
New Parts for my NoMo
My Original NoMo from Neakasa / Neabot is doing a great job for me after years of work. I was running low on my standard replacement parts. I was happy these are still available on fairly short order, on a planned basis. And these parts are priced reasonably, and they keep my Neabot working well. Thanks Neakasa, keep them coming! So far so good
So far, so good. I'm enjoying the litter tray and it's working really well. It look at little while for my cat to get used to it, but now he's perfectly happy using the machine. The only issue that I have is that the machine thinks that he's using the litter tray when he just puts his front paws on the machine to check out what's happening inside. The machine then activates its cleaning mode after he does that, which isn't necessary. View More
I have 5 cats and the Neakasa is able…
I have 5 cats and the Neakasa is able to handle the high volume of waste they produce. It makes my life so much easier because i only have to change the waste bag once a week.

Worst customer support, item not usable due to horrible customer support
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My Neakasa robot has been unusable for over a month because the seal strip I ordered never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, customer support has been unhelpful, and communication with the supervisor went nowhere. I requested a small compensation for the time lost due to their mistake, but they refused to offer anything at all. It's unacceptable — I paid for this item, and after a full month, they still haven’t mailed it. I used to recommend this product to others, but now I completely regret the purchase — especially considering the poor quality and the lack of accountability. Terrible Company
Terrible Company Bought a litter tray early June after a week it started with problems. Hasnt worked at all for the last month. They are constantly asking for videos of the machine. Then videos of its surrounding area. Still no further forward. ( no idea why!) Meanwhile a terminally ill 86 year old is having to hand scoop from an expensive automatic litter tray 😡 View More

Great litter box
We use the litter box for our multi cat household. I do really like the box and we now have multiple of them in use so I am a repeat customer. The only issue is that if the cats scratch the bottom material you have to get a replacement that is almost always out of stock (buy it just in case if you see it available). We had the first one rip at the bottom but managed to sort of fix it and then after a couple of years (maybe more) it finally died. This box was used A LOT daily by the cats so it is no surprise it eventually died. We replaced it and got a second one so they hopefully lasts longer. The key to not having the bottom tear is to keep the litter at a good level so the cats can’t scratch it so it’s not a problem unless you let it get low often. Lesson learned for us. We have a cat that always climbs in mid-cycle so it is safe because it stops the cleaning cycle so it doesn’t risk hurting them or at least that has been our experience. View More
Great for large cats!
This is great for multi-cat use. The app is easy to use. I purchased this because I needed something bigger than my last robot litter box. The top entrance makes for more space for the cat. I have a large, 18lb cat. My only issue is the litter not staying in the box. He flings it out & makes a mess on the floor. The additional step you can purchase with it makes for an easier clean up, saves wasted litter that you can pour right back into the box. The litter box is also very quiet during the cleaning process. It has been 1 week & the waste bin still is not full. There is also no smell. I feel like I am saving a lot of litter compared to the previous robot litter box I was using. View More
