problem with courier. nuphy refunded me.
I've had a problem with the courier iMile that nuphy uses for last mile in my area (Milan, Italy): iMile set the delivery status as delivered when I actually didn't receive my product. Nuphy kindly refunded me. A company to be trusted. Thanks View More
Very bad experience thus far.
My experience with this company has been terrible. They clearly care only about profit, not customer service, and I have email proof to back this up. I purchased an Air75V3 in July, shipped on July 30th, and received August 12th. I ordered the red nano switch version with two extra packs of blush nano silent switches, since the blush board was out of stock. They agreed to add the blush switches to my parcel for a small extra shipping fee, which arrived as expected. However, the keyboard had issues right away. The knob often failed to click properly; there were wireless and wired connection drops, random latency spikes, stuttering in games, switches coming out with keycaps, and general actuation issues. I reported this immediately. Customer service asked for videos and gave me a diagnostic tool that didn’t work with my product. I sent a video anyway and updated the firmware, but issues remained. On August 15th, they agreed to send me a replacement keyboard kit (the shell without switches/caps) and a replacement knob module. I was happy with that, and I asked if I could also purchase one more set of blush switches (I had miscalculated and was 12 short). Since they were already shipping a parcel to me, I assumed it could be added in. This is where things took a turn for the worse. Instead of simply adding the switches to the replacement parcel—as they had done with my original order—they told me to purchase them separately with full shipping cost ($17 + $11 shipping, instead of the $11 I paid originally). They then admitted they would just be combining the switch pack with the replacement parcel anyway. In other words, they were making me pay unnecessary full shipping for an item going into a box they were already sending. When I pushed back, they claimed the extra weight justified the cost, which is nonsense (a few grams would not trigger a new shipping tier). On August 20th, I explained this issue, and only then did they admit I was right. They offered to add the switches to the replacement parcel for the cost of the switches plus a $3 shipping surcharge. I agreed, paid immediately, and thought the matter was resolved. The next morning, I got an email confirming my address, stating it would be shipped there and then, and at the bottom, it read: “The accessories are out of stock. Please kindly wait some time.” I asked for clarification, since the switches had shown as in stock when I bought them. Their reply: it wasn’t the switches, but the replacement keyboard kit and knob module that were “out of stock.” These parts aren’t even sold publicly, meaning they either never had them set aside or deliberately withheld them until I paid more. They also said that they don’t sell them on their site, so this contradicts this. This was appalling. They had implied the replacement was ready to ship, and stated that if I preferred not to wait, I could buy the extra switches in the future with other items. Instead, they waited until I paid, then suddenly claimed the replacement parts were unavailable. They didn’t offer to pull from inventory, despite selling complete boards on their site at that exact time. They were happy to leave me stuck with a faulty keyboard while prioritizing new sales. Even if we assume they truly were out of stock, the way they handled it—waiting until after payment, contradicting themselves, and offering absurd alternatives like buying more items in the future—was disgraceful. As of now, I am still awaiting a resolution. The keyboard itself looks nice, but barely functions, and the after-sales support has been very hard to deal with. They would charge per email if they could. Final advice: Do not buy directly from this company. If you want their products, use a third-party seller who can actually provide service. If anything goes wrong, dealing with them directly will be a nightmare. They will do anything to delay/prioritise new sales over your issue. I wanted to go much more In-depth here, however, with the character limit, I'll leave it at this for now. View More
Great keyboard, ruined by terrible support and bad batteries
The keyboard itself is fantastic — great design, solid feel, and excellent to type on. Unfortunately, the battery died far too quickly, and this is where the problems really started. Instead of offering a straightforward return or refund, Nuphy demanded video evidence of the fault. Am I really expected to sit and film my keyboard for an hour just to prove the battery cuts out far earlier than it should? It’s an unreasonable request and a poor way to handle genuine issues. Worse still, the battery can’t be replaced easily, and Nuphy provides no help or options for repair. What could have been a long-lasting product is ultimately wasted because of a faulty battery and a lack of proper customer care. Great keyboard, yes — but backed by support and ethics I cannot trust. I won’t be buying from Nuphy again. View More
Really wanted to love it
Really wanted to love it, it's a beautifully designed thing, but it just didn't want to work. The customer service team made me through a ridiculous amount of work to try and fix it, short of taking the thing apart - they seem to expect their customers to be computer coders! However, the problem came back again just hours later and I was told by their team just to perform the process again! (which seemed really sketchy btw and triggered so many security warnings on my laptop) In short I just gave up. They would not offer me a refund or replace the keyboard. I'm extremely unhappy in how, in 2025, such an expensive product can be so terrible. View More
the customer service is absolutely terrible
Really disappointing experience. I ordered a NuPhy Air75 V2 in white, but then changed my mind and wanted to return it for the black version. I emailed NuPhy support four weeks ago. They sent me an automated reply within two days saying they would get back to me within three days – but nothing happened. I even sent another follow-up email, and they never replied at all. The keyboard itself is nice, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Ignoring customers for weeks is unacceptable. View More
Keyboard didn't even last 1 year - support doesn't replace it
I give up on the support. After a little less than a year of using the a Air60 I took it apart for cleaning with the delivered tool. After the reassembly the space bar was locked into place. Dozens of messages between the support and me that took months (yes, months!) led to nothing. They even convinced me to pay more money for shipping spare parts that we're not even damaged. They were constantly making up new issues, but none is the actual issue. At this point I am convinced that this company is a scam company selling cheap products and the supports task is just to stall customers until they give up. View More
This is just awful service
This is just awful service. They made me wait two weeks after I paid for my purchase, saying they weren't sure if I really wanted the keyboard. They don't want people to buy from them.
NuPhy censors negative reviews on their site.
MY FIRST MECHANICAL KEYBOARD. I DON'T RECOMMEND PURCHASING NANO BLUSH KEYS, NOR THE NUPHY AIR75 V3 NuPhy censors negative reviews on their website. My review of 2 stars never got published. Their products barely have any reviews at all. The only ones that are shown are the 4-5 star ones. If you've purchased from them and tried to leave a review that will lower their product rating (anything less than 3 stars), it will never see the light of day. The only person other than you who will see your review is the NuPhy employee in charge of discarding all the negative reviews (I'm speculating). I really tried to like their NuPhy Air75 V3 keyboard. I purchased it with Nano Blush keys since I wanted a quieter typing experience. I used it for weeks, trying to get used to it; trying to find any reason to keep using it. But it simply just does not feel good... My hand feels strained using it because the keys are too effortless to press; I can't rest my fingers on the keyboard when not typing because the sheer weight of my hand is going to press the keys down (hence my wrist is always strained to keep my hand up). Either that, or I need to keep my fingers retracted and off the keyboard if I'm not typing. Additionally, it's way too easy to make typos, especially if you are a fast typer (Note: I type properly, with each finger to its designated keys). It's also hard to recover from a typo due to the previously mentioned reasons; if you want to backspace, you'll probably bump an adjacent key (which is so effortless to press) and then make another typo. The Nano Blush keys gives little to no feedback (in sound or feel) to the typer on whether or not a key has been pressed; your only real feedback is the screen which, believe it or not, is sometimes not enough. Just imagine typing on air (no pun intended). The Air75 with Nano Blush keys feels kind of like that... So, after using NuPhy for a few weeks, it's simply not a pleasant experience. I should've just went with the Apple magic keyboard. Of course, NuPhy would never let me share my experience on their site though, so I'm posting it here. Note: the product will likely take a while to arrive. Took 3+ weeks for me. I live on the US east coast. View More
