Terrible customer service!!
Wow, totally disappointed with the customer service here and the "guarantee" offered. You can only be served if you have the order number. Yesterday they deleted my post on facebook, today they don't try to solve it, horrible! View More
Appalling
Purcahse a pair of OneOdio A70 headphones on Amazon in October, 2020 and the headphone padding has started to flake off into my ear, onto my neck and in my hair. The padding does not come off so the entire product is a complete loss at this point. View More

I can't recommend enough this company's services and the headphones they sell! This product will meet all your expectations. They have great sound, excellent isolation, fit comfortably on head, and have an amazingly long battery life. These are probably the best headphones I've ever had. I bought two headphones: one for myself and one for my son for college. We are absolutely love them! However, after 5 months, my son's headphones stopped charging and I emailed in under warranty. They answered me very quickly and asked me to send a video, which I did. Everything was solved in a week! Can anyone believe this? What fast customer service! They replaced my son's headphones with new ones, everything went quickly, professionally and very positively! I wish all companies had consultants and customer service like OneOdio's!
