I purchased this product a little over a year ago, brand new on eBay. From the very first month, I started having problems with the filters. They are advertised to last up to 6 months, but in reality, I have to replace them every 4 to 6 weeks. That is extremely disappointing and misleading. I did contact SimPure customer service, and while they replied, they said they couldn’t help me because I didn’t buy directly from their website. I understand policies, but the product is theirs and should be backed by the company regardless of where it's purchased if it’s new and underperforming. For the price, I expected much better quality and a company that stands behind their products. I’m truly disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone. View More
