Shocking product and customer support

First unit came and the charger started making sound few days down the line, felt like it was short circuiting. Got in touch with support team and instead of sending me a new charger they asked me to return the unit back to Amazon as it was within the return period. Shocking thing was when I tried to purchase the item back the price had increased. I still grudgingly bought it. Few weeks down the line the main unit started making noise, again they agreed to replace the item. Shocking thing is they sent me a return label with a wrong address on it and the item has reached someone else. I would not buy from this company. View More

Avoid this company

I ordered a memory foam full body massager from this company. They supplied the incorrect item - a small massage mat, not memory foam. After many weeks of emails, they have still not arranged collection of the incorrect item. I would advise you to avoid this company View More

Placed an order with them through their…

Placed an order with them through their Wallmart storefront. After a few days I contacted them to see when the order would arrive - they replied and said it was shipped and FedEx said "label created", in that very moment they created the label. 7 days later, no tracking updates and no sign of my order. Their replies are in broken English, so I'm unsure if they're even able to understand my messages and they were saying they shipped the item, the item left the warehouse etc. Did it though? At this point I knew they were lying. So I escalated and called Wallmart who told me that their storefront is essentially in the red which means they're a known scammer. :) Why they're still allowed to sell on Wallmart is a whole other issue. Still trying to get my money back! Avoid at all costs! Edit: I finally received the item after they actually said they'd refund me because Walmart forced them. Fairly suspicious. The item that I received is faulty... and no they did not refund me. :) View More

This is designed to fit on a human body??

I can't believe that this device is designed to fit on a human body. The user manual is a joke ... not any information you need to use it ... it is a very small pamphlet ... mostly safety issues and warranty info. I would not buy anything from this company. No interest in hearing from this company ... they already made their impression ... very negative. View More

Absolutely Love My Snailax Massager!

Shipping was surprisingly fast. I placed my order and received it within just a few days, well-packaged and in perfect condition. It was ready to use right out of the box! I picked up one of their back massagers…

I picked up one of their back massagers a while back, and gotta say—it worked like a champ for ten solid months before it had a little hiccup. Called up their customer service, and had a replacement shipped out faster than my kid’s Amazon Prime orders. No hoops to jump through, no nonsense. Hell, I was so impressed, I snagged their foot massager last month for the missus. She’s been raving about it after her shifts at the hospital. Oh, and pro tip—keep an eye on their website. Have to say their neck massager is great

Let me put it this way – as someone whose neck creaks like a rusty door hinge after coding marathons, I’ve basically become a neck massager connoisseur. Doesn’t honor return policy

Agree with others. Customer service is none existent. This company does not honor their return policy. You might have better luck with service if purchased through Amazon or Walmart, but I wouldn’t even try that. I purchased a massage chair on Sept 7, 2025. It arrived in good condition, but wasn’t what I expected. I promptly contacted them to start the return. They replied that I would need to pay return shipping since it had been 99 days. I responded that it had been less than 2 weeks and that their policy says they pay return shipping in the first 30 days. They responded that I would need to pay shipping even though it was within 30 days. Very dishonest company. Would give zero stars if I could! View More

Can't register for extended warranty - NOT ACCEPTABLE

Nothing wrong with the product per se which arrived today but when I tried to extend the warranty it stated Amazon order 026-2757386-2853134 not recognised. A total con as I also tried their support site. I just hate shister companies like this who flog you merchandise and then make it impossible to register. View More

Need to improve product support to meet UK/EU standards

Great to have an apology for delayed response to a pre-purchase enquiry, Sadly the enquiry itself was disregarded and instead I was asked to provide documents that were proof of purchase. The instructions on the stereotype reply how to do this might be difficult for those with limited technical ability and in any case the documents if needed should be available by a simple reference identity. My review for a competitors similar product expressed concern about durability and the environmental consequences of items that cannot be repaired and add to waste or partial recycling. UK customers are legally protected by their contract with the retailer . This becomes can be frustrated when concealed behind foreign manufacturer or wholesale addresses or short return periods. Other reviews here find the back massager effective in the short term and this too is my experience of a competitors similar product. View More
