Okay but they dont let you delete account
Although the platform is okay - there are limitations. i did not appreciate when I went to cancel that they offer a $50 amazon certificate but dont tell you that after doing all the questions you must schedule a call with them at 3 - 4:30 am!!! On one day only. Pretty hard to do when I will be out of town. They dont say anything until after you waste time answering the questions. Bait and switch. Who will be up at 3 am just to be hassled about dropping their program - and only one day offered only! Very tacky and confirms my decision is correct. Also, my new camera and my professional microphone simply cannot line up on Streamyard. I can do my own editing without the monthly charge. The quality of the picture with Streamyard is good but I can do the same with my video editing programs. I changed stars to 2. They continued to try and charge my card even after commenting to them, going through help and every effort available. After the 10 days of them trying they then deleted my account. How tacky!! I will never use them again! View More

Was a fan until they got bought and decided to flip the tables on their loyal users. Insane price increase and poor support. Would not recommend.
Fraudulent charges
Adding my experience to the long list of people who have been scammed. I cancelled my free trial and thought it was successful. Streamyard continued to charge me, and it wasn't until 7 months later that I noticed. They refused to refund many times until I showed them all the other customers who had experienced this. Even then, they continued to refuse. Finally, after repeated contact, they came around and refunded me, but it was very difficult. Streamyard needs to start sending out monthly billing emails, the fact that they don't is very shady and a sign that they make profit off people not realising they are paying. I have never seen a company with so many accusations of fraudulent charges as all the reviews here. View More
Some good features-hassle to cancel
It has some good features but good luck canceling a subscription. Did everything - logged in, removed anyone else from account, entered required code, did it several days before their required time-frame. Then called my bank in case they tried to charge me - and they did!! Several times. Their contact form has built in issues like making it hard to type in the description - icon goes backwards and other issues. Never will I consider using such a tacky company again! View More
These people are thieves
These people are thieves, don't give them your credit card info. If you read the comments and reviews, many people, including myself, either had their accounts randomly upgraded without permission to a more expensive tier, or in my case, they took my FULLY CANCELLED account and reinstated it and began charging me again with no notice. When you catch them in the act, they refuse to refund you, so my recommendation is to go directly to your bank. Don't let these crooks get away with it. View More
They are dishonest
They are dishonest. They provided me with a lifetime discount and just after 2 years they cancelled my discount. Never choose streamyard. Ridiculously expensive specially for small business owners. They even don't show the pricing in their price tab in website. View More
Absolutely shocking customer service…
Absolutely shocking customer service experience with Streamyard, they upgraded me to the higher tier plan without me requesting this, without any notification, they have taken $300 from my account and are refusing to acknowledge or respond to my requests for customer service to look into this. Streamyard arbitrarily doubled the monthly cost of the core plan without notice, then refused to offer any kind of refund. I will never touch this company again. They have become too big for their boots, greedy and they have lost touch with their customer's needs. Frankly I think this probably signals the end of this company. Good riddance. View More

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support, clearly out sourced to countries that lack basic comprehension. Not going to sign up for anything paid now. It will only get worse.
WORSE BY THE MINUTE!
Several years ago when I first signed up (and utilized StreamYard twice a month for public broadcasts), it was truly phenomenal. Unfortunately, it has recently become a nightmare and I'm no longer going to use the platform. In the past I received unbelievably prompt, personalized responses to technical issues I faced. In those days l could easily correct such problems in as little as a few moments before broadcast time. Recently however, I get little OR NO response to my requests for assistance. Combined with a recent significant increase in the monthly fee, I am looking elsewhere for such services and have disguarded my subscription to Streamyard immediately. View More
