Domain verification issues

I had an issue getting my domain verified. I kept redoing because after 3 days each time, it still would not verify. I decided to submit a ticket. They told me what to do and to send them a snapshot of the DNS', I did and they said it should work 24-48 hours... and it worked! Very helpful and I liked that they wanted to see what I had done. Disappointing Migration Experience & Constant Upselling

My biggest gripe with Systeme.io is why can't you just migrate fully like advertised? I am sure I am not the only one based on reviews here who were sold on the idea of a free and complete migration if we signed up for a paid plan. I signed up for Systeme.io’s annual Startup Plan ($170/year) for its promised “complete migration” of my ClickFunnels site (with 147 funnel steps, 2 courses), this was advertised on help.systeme.io with no scope limits. I even agreed to do the blog post and manually migrate the rest myself. Hence, I was excited to test their affordable platform, especially for sub-accounts, while keeping my site live on GHL and CF (which i'm still paying for) until fully migrated. However, after 20 days since I purchased (Oct 7–27, 2025), only less than ONE page has been migrated, far from the FAQ’s 1–2 week timeline. The team also claims my 2 courses are “30 courses,”probably misclassifying my modules as courses, and insists I upgrade to Webinar ($470) or Unlimited ($970) to proceed, despite no prior warning during their assessments. I’ve already asked for a refund or to complete the full migration even as drafts or as a restricted account first. Based on other reviews, I am worried this might take half-a-year to a year. Hence, a fair warning to other users is that you might just be paying while waiting during this whole migration period which will cause downtime to your business. I still have some hope Systeme.io can deliver, as their platform has potential, but this entire experience has been extremely frustrating. CRITICAL FAILURE: 19 Days of Total Outage and 26,000 Students Locked Out

I am writing this review to warn others about the critical support and technical failures I am experiencing with Systeme.io. My entire business, which is built on this platform, has been completely offline for 19 consecutive days! This catastrophic failure stems from a single technical bug: the system is unable to delete a custom domain from my old account, preventing me from moving it to a new one. I first reported this critical error on October 9, 2025. It took the technical team a full 14 days—until October 23—just to investigate and identify the root cause of the bug. Since they identified the bug 5 days ago, I have been waiting for the "fix" they promised would be "available very shortly". Today is October 28, and my site is still down. The support team's only update is that they are still waiting for the technical team. This is not a minor inconvenience. I have 26,000 students in my system. Many of them are paying customers who are rightfully and angrily demanding access to the courses they paid for, and I cannot provide it. No business can survive having its platform shut down for nearly three weeks without consequences. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take legal action to recover the significant damages this has caused to my revenue and reputation! UPDATE Events since my original post (October 28): After over 3 weeks of waiting (since the initial bug report), the original, critical error was finally "resolved," and they managed to delete my domain name from the old account. However, the nightmare didn't end there. We immediately hit a new problem: the system now wouldn't let me add the same domain to my new account. Customer service was true to form once again. Instead of investigating the issue immediately after I reported it, we wasted more valuable time and days running in circles. They suggested I should "just try again." Naturally, it did not work. It took another 8 days before they finally fixed this second error. In total, it took about a month of complete downtime and disgraceful customer support before I could finally get my site back online. The Systeme.io team emailed me asking to either take down or update that review, so I did. I actually never planned to write that review in the first place. I just wanted to make a simple Facebook post in the Systeme.io group to get the management’s attention and hopefully get the issue resolved, but the admins didn’t even approve my post. Next time, I’ll start here again if I see that customer service isn’t taking the problem seriously. View More
