Replying promptly, I found customer support had the right answers to my questions. Ordering a calm carry for my ADHD/Autistic grandson was easy, as was chosing a payment method. I received my calm carry after a long wait. I can't review it's effectiveness yet to because iv not used it for long enough. However, I wash shocked that my postman told em I had to pay €7 just to receive the product! I live in Spain View More
Difficult delivery and returns.
We ordered a Calm Carry on 8th Oct, but it didnt arrive until 22nd. Apparently they are shipped from Australia. We didnt know this and needed something much sooner, so ended up presuming is was lost and buying another (significantly cheaper, and just as effective) one on Amazon that came the next day. Therefore, by the 22nd, when this one eventually arrived, it was no longer needed. Only then did we find out that returns are to Australia and at your own expense. Really outrageous and very bad customer service. We have decided to keep it as a spare, as its so difficult and expensive to return. Would strongly recommend avoiding buying any products from this company, purely as delivery is so long and returns so difficult. There are much simpler, easier UK based options. View More
This product helped my daughter sleep
This product helped my daughter sleep. She does struggle at nights and I appreciated that. She did have a hard time with the feeling and did not love the vibration. We do not use for this reason but appreciate that it does help with sleep and calming down. View More
My very energetic 11 year old child…
My very energetic 11 year old child loved it at the first try. She uses it in the evening to calm down and get to sleep. Evening is still a hustle, but she calms down more quicker. Also after noisy school day She might come from school. Take the calmer and watch netflix. After years of trying to get help from Finish healthcare and social care system(we are not getting it) I am so Happy as a Mother. Best device that has helped with autism, adhd and anxiety
It has helped my daughter who has adhd with falling asleep when over stimulated, hypersensitive and her explosive episodes have reduced if I catch it in time. Website clearly states 3-5 business days for delivery. I'm in the UK. It's been 10 days since I ordered and still not left their country (Australia apparently). I have not been notified of the delay. I wouldn't mind a couple of days but 2 or 3 weeks is a joke. If I knew it would take this long I never would have bothered. They kept calling me the wrong name when I got in touch. Copying and pasting messages. Wouldn't refund me (I said i don't want it now ) as apparently everything is still on track. 3 weeks delay hardly on track?! I bet it always takes this long they just make it more appealing by saying few days delivery. False advertisement. Bloody expensive too. Unable to track parcel as all it says in transit since paying. Really does do what it says on the tin

A gamechanger in our daily lives!
After doing much research on aids to help my quite anxious girls with their day, I came across CalmCarry. To say it has helped would be an understatement! Both of our daughters, aged 7 and 10 have one, and we find they help them focus, as well as relax after school, and help settle them in moments of high stress, or sibling arguing! We have also found that the girls school are accomdating of them having them in class, and this has resulted in an improvement in their concentration and focus within some of the subjects that they either switch off to, or find harder than others. The teachers think they are great! As parents sometimes finding things which help, which aren't gimic lead you bouncing from one item to the next, but these really do have an effect, even on us adults, and we are going to get ourselves some too! Bought the calm carry. Use it regularly when I need distracting. Helps me relax very effectively. Only reason for 4 stars is that the wait for delivery from China was 2 weeks. I felt this was excessive. Most items from China arrive in about a week. Spoiled it a bit for me. View More
Skeptical at first
We purchase the kids gummies for our ADHD, ASD daughters and they are great. I was skeptical at first that the gummies would be as effective getting the girls off to sleep, but after the first night of using them my mind was eased. Definitely a great replacement for the melatonin based gummies. View More

This company gives the impression that it’s Uk based. I Ordered a calm carry that apparently came from China, on a slow boat! Unfortunately I didn’t find any benefit from the device , so I contacted the customer service team. They responded quickly and gave me the necessary information for the return. However you have to send back to either America or Australia. Apart from the expense of the return, trying to find a tariff code for the return is frustrating and time consuming. Not what you need when you are suffering already from anxiety. View More

My first experience with this company…
My first experience with this company and it has been great. My first order unfortunately went missing which was through not fault of the company from what I could tell it was the delivery companies fault. I contacted the company straight away and stated what has happened, I got a reply straight away saying there going to look into this and find a solution. I started to panic as I didn't actually hear back from them saying what was going on but a week and a half later my order finally arrived. Now the devices itself is easy to use but personally I will not leave my child alone with this as it is quite easy to turn the pulse up to the highest and it would hurt her. A flaw but nothing to major. Since using the device my daughter has been able to sit and actually play a board game which we have never been able to accomplish before she gets distracted not even half way through and gives up. She's even sat and watched a whole movie again never happened before. She has no problem going to sleep as well have a routine in plass for her already but she does wake up in the night at 2am and is wide awake talking for the next 2 hours! I gave her the device when she woke up and took her back to bed and with in 10 minutes she was back to sleep! I honestly couldn't believe it! As getting up for 2 hours in the night has been my routine for the last 4 years! I honestly couldn't be happier with this devices and how well it works for my daughter I have exhausted option and thought why not give this ago aswell and it seems I have actually found something that works. A handful of calm!
I purchased the CalmCarry and Sleep mask bundle a few months ago to help with periods of extreme stress and to aid with sleep. The CalmCarry device has been wonderful. I am often asleep before the 20 minute cycle has finished and I feel calmer the following day. The device is a good size in my hand but it does take a bit of practice to position it properly for maximum effect. The sleep mask is great also- soft, comfortable and definitely blocks the light. Love this! It’s so helpful to use for moments of calm, during meditation and it never fails to send me to sleep. Highly recommend, lovely colour aswell!
