Not a 4 but a 4.75. Great chassis, great shipping time, great quality. Adjustments for a 6+ ft person are a bit difficult and tiresome to get right, and can feel a bit tightly packed together. This thing is a beast running a Moza R21. My previous chassis was entry level and would flex and shake using the R21, but the 120 is so sturdy that I truly saw an improvement in lap times and consistency. Really looking forward to playing with the eco system to make this rig that little bit extra. View More
I jumped on the Pre-Black Friday sale…
I jumped on the Pre-Black Friday sale and bought a new rig. The rig showed up quickly, unfortunately there were a few pieces missing. I contacted Trak Racer and one of their staff, Chase reached out to me and bent over backwards to get the missing pieces to me asap. Not only that, evidently when they shipped out this specific product several of them went out without the wheel deck included. Trak Racer immediately figured this out and upgraded our wheel decks for free. No person or company is perfect , it is how they react to issues and Trak Racer stood strong and made everything right. From Trouble to Solution, what a pleasure
My initial experience with Trak Racer was very negative, having an order only partially delivered with half the order having gone missing. I was fortunate to get through to a team member by the name of Rose. Rose not only arranged the missing parts to be express shipped to me but the way she handled the situation was so professional. I was going to return the order and never use Trak Racer again but she soon turned that around. Trak Racer should make sure to hold on to valuable team members like Rose. View More

Ordering was simple. I order TR80S 1 day before a promotion started and they still honored it, which they didn't need to. Shipped withing 3 days and received 6 days after ordering. All boxes came and no issue with any of them. No missing pieces. The rig is solid which is awesome. View More

Love the product, despise the customer service
Hello and thank you for taking the time out to read this review. I am not hard to please, and I absolutely NEVER give negative reviews on anything I have ever purchased online, or in person however, this experience was an exception. This review is about my customer service experience with Trak Racer. I purchased the track racer Alpine Racing TRX Sim Racing rig with the Alpine seat. At the time of purchase, my wife bought the seat for me for my birthday as a surprise. This happened the very same day that I purchased the set. I immediately reach out to cancel the purchase of the seat. I still wanted the rig, just not the seat. It was so early in the process that the set hadn't even been cleared for payment when the salesperson told me they couldn't give me a refund on the seat. I am now stuck with a seat in a box with nowhere to put it. Red flag on a company that doesn't value the customer as we're the ones who keep the CNC machines running and the lights on. View More
