Verpex Support? More Like Vanished!

I raised a ticket to book a domain a few hours ago (Ticket Ref: LET-726-99811) and still haven’t received any reply. 😑 At this rate, they’ll probably wake up only after someone else books the domain! Support is super slow and service is really poor. Honestly, stay away from Verpex—go with a hosting provider you can actually trust. Reply to your revert: Thanks for the response, but the fact remains that my support ticket only got a reply after 10+ hours. When it comes to something as time-sensitive as domain booking, such delays can mean losing the domain entirely. If support takes this long just to respond, how can a customer confidently continue with Verpex for critical services? Quick and reliable support is the backbone of a hosting company—and unfortunately, my experience shows that Verpex is falling short in this area. View More

support team hasn’t been honest

The customer support team hasn’t been honest. They charged me, but my account was never activated. Instead of fixing the problem, they kept sending unnecessary questions. Very disappointing experience, Update:1 Nothing change , yes my account working , but the free domain not activated from 4 hours ago. Update:2 My domain finally works—but only after the support team saw this review. So basically, if you want help from this company, you have to go public first. Terrible support experience.
