I was having issues with my filter, after i forwarded my concerns and provided videos of the issues. Waterdrop promptly acted positively and resolved the issues. This is a great customer service post purchase of the products they have. G3P600 PLUS PMT
This review is for the Waterdrop G3P600 and the companion PMT little tank installed on 11/2/2025. It has been about 3 weeks since the installation and the RO unit is performing without any issues, the water it produces is crystal clear with a very low TDS at the faucet and it taste very good. The RO unit seems very solid and in my opinion because of the water it produces is on demand as oppose to the traditional RO units with a storage tank. I would like to add the excellent customer service I received pre and post sale by one of the Waterdrop C/S Representative named Harper W. So far I am very happy with my purchase and I will be happier if the RO faucet could be installed and secured from the top of the counter instead of to be threated with the nut from under the counter. My kitchen sink has a deep bowl, therefore it is hard to reach to the bottom of the faucet to tight the nut. View More

Waterdrop is amazing. I liked the first one so much that I got a second one for the bar area. The price of the product dropped a few days after delivery, I reached out to them for a price match and they didn’t hesitate to do it. They refunded in a day. View More

I purchased the A1 counter top filter almost a year ago within the UK. However, a problem did develop within the year, as the machine started leaking. I emailed waterdrop, and sent a video of what was happening and they quickly dispatched a new machine out to me. I was extremely pleased with the customer service that I recieved. The Waterdrop filter is excellent, and they thoughtfully included a brush for cleaning the kettle. The customer service was very patient and professional. I truly enjoyed this shopping experience.
Fast Setup, great support and excellent water quality
I installed the Waterdrop G3P800 recently and it exceeded expectations. The water quality is noticeably better, the flow rate is fast for an RO system, and the real-time TDS monitor is very useful. This is a great product and so much easier to install and use than competitor products. Especially, in respect of changing the filters. And when we ordered the wrong replacement filter the refund was very quick and easy as was delivery of the correct filter. View More

The undersink ultra filter is very good. The water taste excellent and the filter itself is very compact. The support team is very helpful and fast. I highly recommand their products. I have used similar products from other companies in the past, but they weren't as good as theirs. View More
