Bought Zerobreeze V1

Bought Zerobreeze V1. Delivery was within. 2 weeks but faced battery pack issues. It took almost 5 months for them to send me the replacement battery and asking me to pay for shipping of faulty battery back! Product wise is pretty decent and as per the reviews video in YouTube. I use it to cool the small cabin of my sport fisher. Service wise, the ding dong with CS is very long and they doesn’t seem to have much control over their China business partner. If any issues, you may want to immediately raise dispute to PayPal for faster processing - keep the case open - even if they promise to replace - and close only upon resolution. View More

I ordered a zero breeze since January and got zero in my mail box. They kept brushing me off until I contacted PayPal and got my refund. Bad communication and service !

Highly recommend it to anyone in need of portable cooling solutions.I recently tested out the Zero Breeze

I recently tested out the Zero Breeze, and I have to say, it performed admirably! Last week in Orlando, where temperatures soared into the mid-90s during the day and dropped to 76 at night, this portable AC unit proved to be a game-changer. I placed the unit on a sheet of rubber on the roof of my truck and ducted the outlet into the top of our king-sized RTT with a 12x12 annex. The result? The RTT stayed cool, and it significantly reduced the humidity in the annex while also lowering the temperature by a few degrees. During the night, I switched it to low mode after running it on high for about half an hour (I kept it off during the day). It's worth noting that I had it plugged into an outlet, but they claim it can run for 5-6 hours on the battery, which is an upgrade. In hindsight, I realized that placing the unit indoors would have been more efficient since it would have been recirculating the air instead of trying to cool the outside air. Then, you can duct the intake/exhaust outside. The best part? All the necessary adapters are included. The end result? Yes, it made a significant difference, and yes, it was worth the investment (I paid $1400 for it with one battery). While it might not turn your space into an icebox, the Mark 2 does an excellent job of removing humidity and circulating the air. And a 10-degree difference is definitely noticeable! I'm confident that if it were only cooling one unit instead of both the tent and annex, the performance would be even better. Excellent support

Honestly, we got off to a bumpy start due to a packaging/shipping issue. However, we were very pleased with the timely support we received from Ruby at Zero Breeze customer service to address this, as well as quick responses to a variety of questions we posed. Operationally, the Mark 3 worked great during an initial test while working on a vehicle in a warm garage, enabling the job to be completed properly without requiring breaks to cool off. Next up we're taking it on the road to get good sleep in a camper van on hot nights (have two batteries to run it off grid when needed). We are happy with the overall design and performance of the Mark 3, it seems well thought out - more so than other solutions we considered. View More

Issues at first but now it works great

*Edit* After writing a bad review, the company reached out to me and got a new unit sent out to us. As of now, the unit is in working order. As long as it continues to work, it is totally worth it with how many setting it has and how it makes it so much easier for us to sleep when we are not overly hot. We purchased the Mark 3 on June 6th and received our unit within a week. The remote that came with the unit never worked but the unit did. We reached out to the company to get a new one and they did send us one. However, on July 12th, the unit shut off with an error code and was leaking a lot of water. We sent the unit back the the company. We requested that as soon as they verify tracking of our unit that they send us a new unit, as it is the middle of summer in upstate New York and it's very hot and humid. They would not do that and it took them over 2 weeks for us to get our unit back. We received the new unit on July 29th, plugged it in and it shut off within 5 minutes due to a different error code. This was a completely different unit that they sent and it is broken already. I reached out to the company and they said they would have it resolved the same day, then when they were almost closed and I had not heard back yet, they changed it to oh it will be resolved tomorrow. I do not recommend this company as it seems there is zero quality control. Maybe that's why they call it zero breeze, not because it's cold but because there isn't any breeze! View More
