Buy it now!

My integrative physician told me to get this as I am healing from Lyme disease and many other chronic issues. She said this will help me to calm my vagus nerve and enhance my body’s ability to heal. Boy was this a phenomenal investment. I wear it everyday and the SmartVibes helps me to stay asleep all night (as I tend to have sleep issues, restlessness, etc). I spent one night without SmartVibes just to test it out and was restless (according to my Garmin watch) for 1 hour and 40 mins and felt miserable the next morning. Highly recommend this product! Keeps you calmer, enhances meditation, improves sleep, and mood. View More

Apollo Neuro gets me home safely with calm when I am in gridlocked traffic, which is almost constantly now. I use the recover and the calm the most, thru-out my day. Love it.

First device broke when it got wet

First device broke when it got wet. Bought a second one- can’t figure out how to pair it to my subscription. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It’s all BOTS and when I finally got a phone number from a social media bot I got a message saying they were busy and might be able to call me back I’m 30 minutes- but your EST timeframe would mean you will be CLOSED then. Find a device that lasts with customer service. This company isn’t reliable or usable. There are other devices that can do the same that don’t break so easily. View More

Consist use best

With consist use the Apollo has been very useful with calming me when I need some help and putting me back to sleep. The battery life hasn't been as long as would be useful and it takes several hours to charge. Maybe newer model will be better in that regard. View More

100% INEFFECTIVE

100% INEFFECTIVE, for any of the things it said it could help with, my major concern was, sleep, nothing! Spoke with customer service a number of times, no helpful suggestions.

Product returned.

Sadly, I have returned this item. I did very much enjoy the soothing vibrations for sleep and calming, but the battery life just can't cope with how frequently I wanted to use it. A couple of service issues also lead me to this decision. Firstly, in the app they offer a free 30 day trial of their premium service which I attempted to sign up for by following the in app link. I was very upset to see that I was charged the annual rate (almost £100!!) instantly. I then had to jump through hoops to get a refund from Googleplay. My second issue was yet another offer of a 30 days free trial which they offer in their customer service emails in exchange for sharing an honest review on trustpilot. I wrote the review, screenshotted it to customer services and was promised an email with a link to the 30 day trial, but alas this never arrived. I checked my spam. I didn't get anything. This review is a final edit of my original one. I can't really say for sure if this product works or doesn't work. The premium subscription was to include an AI mode which as I understand it reads your biometrics and then provides the stimulation that it deduces you require in any given moment. This difference would have potentially been a game changer, but now we'll never know. View More

Healing Tool

I love my Apollo Neuro band, and I definitely noticed a difference when I didn't wear it, especially at night for aiding in sleep. It helps immensely with soothing my nerves in social gatherings and helps to keep me grounded in stressful situations. The company has been easy to communicate with when trying to troubleshoot some issues I was having with my band. View More

Very good at calming me down and the recover does help when I’m sick or when I have a headache. Focus feature is also good. Social feature helps out a lot. The only downside is that the sleep feature doesn’t really work. View More

Apollo neuro really helped me a lot getting out of a depressive rumination episode. Within a few days, I was noticeably feeling much better - more than what 8 months of self care and therapy was unable to do. I have since used it daily to improve my mental and physical health. View More

I’ve had my Apollo for more than three years and don’t think I could be without it! I use it every night about 30-60 min before bed and then again in bed on the Unwind mode so that when I get into bed, I don’t toss and turn. If I wake during the night, I’ll click it in again. I use the Joy mode in the morning if I’m not planning a workout or will use the Focus mode for pre-workout. View More

Story, use case, praise and feedback from a long-time user

Apollo has been my companion for 3.5 years now. It's not a catch-all—none of the tools in my kit is—but Apollo has worked in concert with other interventions to help me manage everyday stress and navigate a number of traumas these past years. Of Richard Schwartz's eight Cs, Apollo helps me with calm (anxiety and sleep), clarity (focus), creativity and connectedness. It's also part of my safety plan and is partly responsible for saving my life. The joyful memories I've made with Apollo, too, are very special to me. I've used it before and during job interviews, presentations, musical performances and transformational conversations. It also hummed along as I wrote two poetry manuscripts (coming hopefully soon). I will also say the "Focus" vibe can definitely be helpful as part of my pre-migraine regimen. A few notes on how I use Apollo: * You can wear Apollo on wrists, ankles or mounted on the chest. Based on intuition and testing, I prefer the left wrist. Our right, emotional brain and left extremities are connected, for one thing. For another, that major artery is in your left arm. So my thought is, this is the best setup both biologically and energetically given Apollo works with HRV and a lot of right-brain stuff. That said, Support says any placement is helpful for these aims. * The "Love" vibe is designed for the ankle. But if you can't wear it on an ankle due to any disabilities—in my case chronic pain and old injuries—it actually does work on the left wrist for me if probably to a lesser degree. That said, Apollo folks, please bear body diversity in mind when creating modes and make them universal. My case is one example; another is that some folks also have limb differences. That leads to my other critical feedback. Support is aware, but I'll note it here as well. * Accessibility: The process of setup and troubleshooting can be challenging for blind users due to the reliance on LED colors and patterns. I've asked the dev team to leverage the vibration motor to play sequences depending on the prompt or error that would have been communicated visually. There are also a number of accessibility issues with the app, and although some I've reported have been corrected, others persist. * Device switching: I wish it were possible to pair multiple Apollo bands with my iPhone. A friend never used hers and gifted it to me. I'd love to be able to switch between them as my original one is aging and it'd be good to have a backup while one or the other is charging. Currently it's only possible to use more than one wearable if you have multiple devices that can run the app. * Please, for the love of oxytocin, make the "Hug" vibe available on the wearable. I NEED IT. * Would love if there were an antidepressant Smart Vibes focus. I know y'all can't make health claims, obvs, but something like it. Sleep and calm/focus are great, but my depression is a big reason why I use Apollo, so it'd be cool to have something automated that's also smart. Right now I either have to manually queue or schedule things. I'm thinking it could be a blend of "Joy," "Social," "Calm," "Love" and "Hug." View More

Such a cool concept that works!

Such a cool concept that works! I love that I have something discrete (I use the clip on the side of my bra) that I can use to help me relax and calm down during my busy workdays or when I’m feeling overstimulated as a mom. A great life and health hack! View More

Hopeful anticipation melting away

Bluetooth wouldn't connect the App to the Neuro, but connection resolved itself after about a dozen attempts (same procedure followed each time). Also, when I go to Settings>Bluetooth on my iPhone, the only connection noted is for my Fitbit. No connection is shown for 'Apollo'. Also, the Neuro's battery needs to be charged every day. Charged to 100% in the morning; 9 hours later the App showed 27% charge. By contrast, my Fitbit is not clunky, has a rich menu of touchscreen actions, and requires charging less than once a week. I have no tangible way to really know what the Neuro does other than periodic vibration. I've worn the Neuro for a week of activity and sleep, with the App trying to convince me I got 3 minutes of EXTRA sleep/night this week (statistically insignificant at 0.6%). Also, 3 minutes compared to what? I am thus far not impressed. I gave 3 stars only because I'm still hopeful. The App pushes costly add-ons after spending $300+. I will stay with it for another week. If no revelation by the close of this week, I plan to return it. View More

Apollo fixed my sleep issue

According to my 23andme DNA test, I am genetically inclined to toss and turn at night. This disposition has caused sleep issues with waking up at night; the “Restfulness” category on my Oura ring was usually in the red zone. I’m amazed that Apollo has fixed my sleep issue: the very first night I used the gadget, my Restfulness according to Oura was “optimal”! I now enjoy sound sleep every night thanks to Apollo. Apollo WORKS; if you want better sleep, get it! View More

Gift the vibes

I needed to buy one of these life changers for my sister for Mother's Day. The code on the promo wasn't working but a company rep sent me a new link and it was easy peasy.

Poor customer service

I wrote a good review on my apollo neuro in August. Everything was going well I felt it was working quite well for me. Then the middle of February I started getting inaccurate sleep data. Contacted customer service by email. They requested screenshots of my sleep data so I complied with many many screenshots. They said that they needed a software update to correct the problem. I'm not an engineer but that did not make sense to me seeing how my apollo neuro read my sleep data once when it wasn't even on my wrist it was on the bed stand next to me. I suggested they send me a new one to see if it's a sensor problem with the old one. No reply insisted it was software. That was 2 1/2 months ago no software update yet. I called four days ago to find out if I could speak to a supervisor because of the lack of customer service to resolve my problem. I was told to supervisor would call me back. This is the fourth day since my phone call I've heard nothing. I am living on my Social Security so I do not have a lot of money. I paid $350 for the apollo neuro and $110 for the smart vibes. As I see it right now I have wasted a large sum of money. I don't understand how they can be putting out a second Apollo Nero 2.0 when they can't fix the problems with the first Apollo. Very disappointed with customer service. When my year is up for my smart vibes I will look elsewhere for a vega nerve stimulator View More
