Lots of issues

Lots of issues. The warranty is not worth anything and if you need it fixed or replaced the company won’t help you. I bought the first version as I have horrible migraines… it broke and when contacting costumer service - no support. A few years I purchased another one and I am not that impressed. View More

I think Apollo is likely good for some…

I think Apollo is likely good for some people. It has helped me with some stress management, but it is by no means a panacea. Also, I think they are stingy with smartvibes—no reason it needs to be a subscription for those of us who have already paid hundreds of dollars for a device. Not cute. View More

Put on, forget, and regulate!

Apollo Neuro's neuroregulator wearable is easy to use, intuitive, and effective. I have the choice of placing it on my ankle or wrist, forget about it, and reap the neurological benefits. I highly recommend this product for anyone that does not want to bother with wearing a necklace or placing a tablet on their chest for neuroregulation. View More

I purchased the Apollo Neur to help with sleep

I purchased the Apollo Neuro to help with my sleep, particularly waking up throughout the night. I have been pleasantly surprised since I have started using the device. I still wake up to turn over, but instead of staying awake for a long time, I am able to get back to sleep more easily. Customer see has been helpful in answering any questions I have. The only downfall is having to connect the device to the charger in order to move it from airplane to connected mode. View More

Don't buy Apollo Neuro for Android phone

Don't buy the Apollo Neuro device if you are android user. You will end up holding a device in your hand wich is a proven sleep- and PTSD aid, but isnt able to connect to your phone. It CAN help you, but It wont. That frustration is the opposit of helpfull. Got the device end of may this year and I payed for 'smart vibes'. When it works, its really good. I charge it in the morning, restore and get connetion, but when I try to start the focus vibes before a speach later in the day, no connection. Same during social events, no connection even if I wear it below the knee and the phone in my pocket right next to it, lost connection. I have used hours every week, trying to get a connetion estblished to the Apollo Neuro device. After last app update its impossible. I have to let go and stop using Apollo Neuro device, its too many frustrations and lost sleep, trying to get a connecion for the night. I know from prior experiences, that the only way to get in contact with the company or get things mooving is by writing a review. View More

I purchased my Apollo bracelet in April…

I purchased my Apollo bracelet in April and was excited to start using it. Unfortunately, the charging cord did not work right from the start. I contacted customer service several times to resolve the issue, but instead of sending me a replacement cord or offering a simpler solution, I was told I would need to return the entire bracelet. Because I’m in Canada, this means paying $99 USD in duties and shipping twice — once for the return and again for a replacement. This is completely unreasonable for a brand-new product that arrived faulty. I genuinely like the Apollo bracelet itself and feel it’s a quality product, but the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope the company reconsiders their policy for international customers dealing with defective items, as this has left me feeling frustrated and unfairly penalized. View More

Apollo Neuro has become my silent state…

Apollo Neuro has become my silent state coach. Whether I’m in a morning meditation, on a mindful run, or preparing for a deep counselling session, it helps me shift from stress to calm, from tired to focused, in minutes. The vibrations are subtle but powerful, like having a tuning fork for my nervous system. It’s rare to find a tool that works equally well for performance and recovery, but Apollo delivers both. I have not received the product so I…

I have not received the product so I cannot say if it works but this is too expensive to have zero customer service or support. I ordered my item August 4th and have still yet to receive the item. Today is August 16th. The package was mis shipped by DHL to the wrong USPS location and I contacted Apollo customer service about this and they did absolutely nothing but told me to wait until August 25th before contacting again. Not sure how that is acceptable for an almost $400 product (I also purchased smart vibes which I can’t use since I don’t have the product). My tracking and item seemed to be stuck in the wrong city and didn’t update for several days while I waited. I finally initiated a missing mail request with USPS and they located my package which was back in Utah (where it originally started and several states away) so it somehow got mis sorted by USPS as well and sent back to the original location. I am concerned the package is damaged or they messed up the label somehow because it’s strange two different shipping companies both mis-sent the item. Tried emailing customer service twice and never received a response. When I go to look in my latest ticket from two days ago it was marked “solved” by Pedro although he never sent me a message back and my issue isn’t solved. Still hoping I get the item and it’s good but I don’t feel good about this company now. I definitely would not recommend buying from them as customer service is nonexistent so there is no help if a problem occurs. View More

I've owned a Apollo Neuro for about a year-good!

I've owned a Apollo Neuro for about a year. I use it a lot when stress is high and it helps, especailly at night for sleep. In addition, I use it at times in the morning to help wake up. The unit overall seems really well built and the battery is lasting. View More

Caused nothing but stress

I bought 2 devices and 2 subscription for Smart Vibes, however I only received 1 code to activate the Smart Vibes. I had been back and forwards with support and they keep ignoring the fact that all I needed was a second code for the subscription that I had already paid for at checkout. To make things worst. The devices stoped working efficiently with sessions getting interrupted or vibrations fading. I requested to return the devices as I’m still under the 30 day period and they keep ignoring my request. For a device that is supposed to help you deal with stress it caused nothing but frustration. No noticeable effect

No noticeable effect, vibrations are weak, app glitches, battery dies quickly. Expensive and useless.

The device did not meet expectations

The device did not meet expectations. It works poorly with no noticeable results. Very limited features, and the price is unreasonably high.

Mediocre

Mediocre. I'd say utter rubbish but that would be over the top. Glitchy app, device has very poor battery life, and major connectivity issues. Avoid.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. The vibrations are barely noticeable, the app crashes constantly, and the battery dies way too fast. Definitely not worth the money

I did expect more but this device is not working on me, did not relaxed me , I used it during two weeks . Vibration is not helped me to sleep

All working as expected

All working as expected, need to use the product more so if it helps with sleeping.

by Hrvoje • Nov 25, 2025

Useless device

I used it according to all the instructions and this was honestly the most pointless purchase of my life. Robust device, bad battery, cheap plastic look of a toy from the 80s and the vibrations that the device produces, personally cause me nervousness, anxiety and distraction. I don't know where my mind went when I bought it but I managed to sell it and life immediately became more beautiful. View More

No more headaches

Amongst the many different devices I have tried (Hapbee, ZenoWell Luna, Oura, Sens.ai…), I find Apollo to be particularly cost effective and impactful. The product is reasonably priced and easy to use. I find if I use it consistently during the week, I am able to significantly reduce stress and ward off headaches. It has also helped me sleep better at night. The integration with my Oura ring is a big benefit, and I love the fact that I can schedule vibes in advance for the day. While it has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the product, I also really appreciate that the company treats its customers well. Customer service is responsive, and, perhaps more tellingly, Apollo has decided to offer a product that works very well without a subscription, but that offers clear enhancements if you decide to pay an annual fee. Congratulation, Apollo! View More

Total rip-off. Don't waste money

Total rip-off. Unstoppable software that requires to set up your device. After set-up it changes settings itself, so daily it's required to set up the device.

If the Android app didn't mess up so badly.......

While the science of vagus nerve stimulation might be sound, the design and implementation of this product is poor. It is aimed squarely at the huge US health market, and Apple users. It does have an Android app, but it is not fit-for-purpose, despite having been available for 3+ years. It corrupts data all the time, & often fails to load sleep data the next day, and when it does load it, the data is usually inaccurate or part of it is missing. The history sometimes fails to show activity, gives wrong duration times, & activities that I didn't initiate It struggles to connect usually taking 20-30 seconds, and often fails. The Google Play store score for the Android app is 2.9 which is very poor indeed, whereas the Apple store score is 4.4 which is much better. I would not recommend the device to Android users, because it is let down so badly by the app., which is riddled with bugs that make it very unreliable & hard to use. I cannot comment on the performance of the device with the Apple app, but plan to acquire an iPhone to see if I can salvage this expensive investment! Apollo support is poor, and unable to provide ANY solutions to the Android app problems.. View More
