DNS works, most other things you should stay away from
Websockets, an essential part of the modern internet, have to be enabled manually per pull-zone. Even once they are activated, some things just don't work for some reason and the support was unable to help since the engineering department seems to be woefully overworked seeing how they didn't respond for over a month now. Also their shield product seems to be blocking mostly legitimate requests, based on my servers logs and the ones provided in the dashboard. I could understand if I was running some exotic software, but even bog standard login forms are getting blocked. Having to disable 80% of the rules to disable the false positives isn't really the WAF I needed. View More

It’s now the sixth day since I opened a ticket about authentication issues with BunnyCDN’s FTP. They’re aware of the problem, but it seems like nothing is being done to fix it (or it just have a low priority). It's your _CORE_ product that is _FAILING_ for gods sake! It’s so typical of companies like Bunny — they build a great product, but then focus all their energy on releasing new features instead of maintaining and fixing the core ones that people actually rely on. Their status page still shows no updates about this issue and the support is just stating: "we currently have no updates for you... bla. bla. bla." Come on, Bunny — pull yourselves together. Sudden Account Block
We hosted websites with bunny.net. Everything was fine until one day they suddenly blocked our account and took down all our websites. These were long-standing sites — several years old — including review websites and an advertisement board. They did this without any prior notice or communication. Just a sudden, complete block, with no option to restore the account. We are 100% convinced something shady is going on at bunny.net, because all of our websites were completely legitimate and well-established. My advice: under no circumstances should you use their services for any serious business. Ever. If needed, I can publicly provide all the details — including proof that our account was blocked on a whim by someone at bunny.net, not based on any real evidence. --- Today, October 23, 2025, we received a message from Trustpilot: Provide bunny.net with more information This will help them write a more useful reply to you. It will also help them verify that you’ve had a genuine experience with their business. Email: (they have it) Reference number: 340283 Full name: Walter F. Smith Phone number: not applicable (we don't want to receive spam calls) Also today, we received an email from Bunny stating that our websites exceed the number of DMCA requests, and their investigation judged them to be true. Sounds good, but there are some small details. THIS IS A LIE from Bunny's side. Yes, our review websites have received multiple DMCA requests. But those were from exposed fraudsters who wanted to remove information from our websites. And in every case, Bunny decided that the DMCA complaint was false and closed the ticket. But now — attention — after they received a "personal data violation" complaint (not even a DMCA one) from some Russian bot, they, without prior notice, just blocked our account and ALL THE WEBSITES, not only the one that was complained against. We will notify INTERPOL about this matter. Let them check why these people block European businesses based on reports from a Russian fraudster. View More
