Package arrived damaged after being held in customs for weeks due to the type of materials they use to build these things, missing screws and items were warped. Extremely disappointed

I purchased the 3D Wooden World Map—Smokey, size L (35” × 59”), Prime (with names), English, and I’m 100% satisfied. The workmanship is superb: precise laser cuts, rich wood tones, and clean typography. Installation was easy—the templates and adhesives made alignment simple—and in a few hours my living room wall became a curated exhibit. The Smokey finish perfectly complements my wall color (Gibraltar), creating a crisp, museum-quality contrast—as if the two were designed together. A minor issue with the “ARCTIC OCEAN” nameplate (a damaged “C”) was resolved immediately: the team reshipped a replacement and even offered a personal discount for a future order—integrity that matches the product. I ordered a product for my sister in October. It said processing would be 3-5 business days. It's been four weeks and she still doesn't have it. The last update I got was it had a label printed on Oct. 22. I've tried calling for support but the line just rings and nobody picks up. This was supposed to be a nice present for her birthday, but it's now come and gone with no product. I'd love it if someone would let me know what's up. View More

Absolutely Fantastic Product
We were so excited to receive our LED Nordic Style World map. The quality is amazing, and the instructions easy enough to follow. I assembled it and mounted by myself (took 4 hours, start to finish). When I hit the lights for the 1st time, I was seriously impressed and I still am on a daily basis. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, Enjoy the Wood is Number 1 in my book. View More
They don’t make their customers easily…
They don’t make their customers easily and clearly aware that import fees and taxes are not part of their shipping cost. So be mindful of when you buy to add extra import fees that may arise
