Stopped selling replacement filters on my new vacuum
I bought a Slim V9 Mix vacuum from Fanttik in June 2024, and I went to try and get a new filter to see they don't even sell filters anymore! They are still selling the vacuums though - manufactured obsolescence at its most shameless. How can you treat customers like this? View More

Do not order from this website!! They will take your money and give you the run around. My item was shipped using 17track which is impossible to contact because it doesn’t exist. I called the only number I could find for this shipping company and it was a different company who said they are scammers and I should dispute the charge with my bank. They provided me with shipping details to make me believe my item was on its way but it was never delivered nor was it ever out for delivery. The status of my shipment was updated to say “pickup” but they don’t tell you where to pickup from and you are absolutely unable to contact anyone to figure out why they won’t deliver/how can you pick it up. Thankfully I used PayPal but they are not a genuine company, only out to take peoples money. Please steer clear. View More
Do Not always warranty their product
Purchased a X9Pro tire inflator from someone on Ebay. It was used very little but the first time I really needed it to inflator it failed to work correctly. Their website stated that my unit had plenty of left on warranty . Fanttik would not cover warranty because it was bought on Ebay. They did not offer repair or replacement. I feel this was a waste of money for a piece of junk because it had not been used much at all. View More

Order process was effortless and shipping was quick. I ordered the cardboard cutter. It works as intended, but it will still fatigue your arm after awhile. Safety feature are nice but get annoying after an hour of cutting boxes. Sometimes I just want to be wreckless. View More

Update to my previous review. After much effort I was able to get Fanttik to replace the defective vac so they finally stood by their warranty and assisted me. It was difficult and frustrating but in the end Fanttik finally replaced my unit. THANK YOU Fanttik wrote me back soliciting suggestions to improve their business. I spent about $200 on several products…
I spent about $200 on several products I purchased from you. One item was received damaged probably in shipping because of poor packaging. I contacted you through email the day I received the damaged item on 6/25/2025 it is now 7/4/2025 and I have still not received a replacement that you claim would be sent June 29th. Your customer service has a horrible with long response time. The chat option is a joke. Answering hours later unless it’s a sales inquery. I also asked for phone number to speak to supervisor or for rma to return all the items purchased because of your lack of response to solve the issue in question. I do not want to support a company that doesn’t care about customers after you take their money. For taking the money it is instantly. Quick and seamless quick to email and keep me informed of the order and the shipping: tracking ect. The moment I report a damaged item I get delay after delay. View More

Fanttik Portable Bike Pump
I purchased (early June) the Fanttik bike pump over a month ago. It severly over pressurized my bike tires by about 30 psi. I compared the psi on my 2 manual hand pumps to confirm this. I contacted Fanttik and they agreed to take the unit back and send me a replacement. The tracking number they gave me results in an Invalid error. I triple checked the number before entering it. So, I emailed Fanttik several using their reply address and got postmaster undeliverable errors. VERY FRUSTRATING!! At this point I'd just prefer a full purchase price refund. But how, as they will not reply. They seem to have disapeared and taken my money with them. I can't see doing business with a company I can no longer trust. UPDATE: Fanttik finally replied that they believed my replacement unit was lost while in shipment. So, they sent me another unit that arrived 7/25/25. I tested this one against my reliable hand pump and the PSI on both were equal. View More
Fanttik air pump produced in 2024 will no longer charge
Fanttik air pump produced in March 2024 just outside of 1 yr and they did not replace. I provided a video of the problem and a picture of the made by date and because I haven’t got the purchase receipt it was their chance to deny repacement. I will not buy from them again as they do not stand behind their products. View More
