I’ve purchased 2 rhinos and a Camel Cargo
I’ve purchased 2 rhinos and love them. They feel like a motorcycle and are so fun. I had an issue with one of them and their customer support is tip top. Fast service and I was back on the road in no time. I like Haoqi so much that I got a Camel cargo as well. I refer to it as the Cadillac. It’s a smooth ride and boy does it have some range. It can go 90-120 miles. Bye-bye car! View More

I've owned a Haoqi Antelope for over two years. I live in the mountains of east Tennessee and ride my ebike through the toughest of environments. About 2 months ago I purchased my first fat tire electric bike, I had technical questions about it although I couldn't get the company I purchased it from to respond... It was late at night I was scrolling on Facebook and saw this company HAOQI, and thought their bike kind of looks like mine maybe I will ask them the question, I got the sweetest lady named Celine she was a sales representative for HAOQI, she emailed me for over an hour and helped me with the problems I was having with my bike.. I told her I had purchased one of her competitors bikes although her customer service was so professional and she helped me with all the questions I had... Got my Leppard Ebike
Got my Leppard Ebike and love it, was easy to put together and really impressed with the quality. Could not believe the power this bike has for the price. Recommend this bike to all my family and friends. My challenged grandson loved riding it, he is 21 years old and does not drive a car , so I might just give it to him, so he can use it to go to work. He works at a grocery store about a mile from his home, and now walks most of the time. View More

The dependability of my Haoqi e-bike is the best part of owning it. Knowing that I can rely on this fantastic machine to take me to far away places and still get me home without a glitch is very comforting. I also like the fact that their customer service has always been there when I have a question. I haven't had any issues with this bike but I know that Haoqi stands behind their product and is only a phone call away if an issue arises. I love the feeling I have knowing that for the investment I made, going with Hoaqi, was the best choice I could have made. So whether I'm going for a 10 mile ride like I did yesterday through downtown New Kensington or a 100 mile epic journey on the rails to trails to West Virginia, like I did this past fall, I feel confident that the quality of my e-bike will carry the day and get me where I need to go. GREAT E-BIKE and GREAT VALUE
I moved to a mountainous area a few years ago. It’s great, except that – due to the change from flat land to steep hills, and to physical limitations which have accompanied my status as senior citizen – my bike riding has been greatly hindered. Several months ago I started researching electric bicycles, as a possible solution to the problem. I had sticker shock! Thousands of dollars for a recreational bicycle? I couldn’t justify it. Eventually I ran across the HAOQI website. It promised a top-quality product for a budget-level pocketbook. I was skeptical, but the five-star reviews convinced me to take a chance. I selected a bike that is affordable and has all the features I wanted. It was delivered the following week, and I assembled it easily in a couple of hours. The bike is a wonder! Ebke purchase
Several years back I purchased an Ebke from M2S for myself. I was pleased with it and my wife wanted one this year, so I started looking and decided on the Haoqi Eagle. We have rode 3 times so far on a single charge and the bike has been excellent! My wife has had both hips replaced and the throttle is great for her while she gets her legs built up over these first break in rides. The step thru design is great for getting on and off and the pedal assist is smooth and flawless. Brakes are crisp and smooth and the larger tires make the grass feel like the highway.
