Wrong size sent all unwearable
I chatted with a MyBatua personnel on WhatsApp to ensure my order would be the correct size. They specifically told me the measurements of the size that I ordered and so I expected them to fit. The dresses came a size smaller and none of them fit. I attempted to politely reach out to whoever I spoke to on WhatsApp. My message was viewed and ignored. I will have to file a claim with my bank. Worst purchase ever
Worst purchase ever, also the first bad batch, every dress faded, I got rained on and one turned my skin pink. All my hijabs after washing look like tie dyed. Last purchase from my Batua ever.

I have been purchasing clothes from MyBatua for years after switching from another place. Let me tell you, MyBatua is the BEST. Firstly, they have really fantastic offers and specials, I love their neat vacuum like packaging, it reduces Customs duties that I have to pay.... but for me, I absolutely love their utility pockets clothes. You see I am not into handbags and big purses etc.... I just like to be hands free, and I get that wearing these clothes that I buy, where my wallet is nicely tucked away in the pocket, along with this I get really comfy, nice, soft abayas that are reasonably price and really inexpensive and they don't ever shrink in the dryer. To top it off, I absolutely love their Whatsapp service, All my orders and queries are done quickly and easily, and they make sure and clarify every detail when you customized your clothes, and that customization is free, what can you want more? MyBatua is really a lead when it comes to their online sales and service. This is my own personal experiences, and it has always been a 5 star experience for me so far. The hijab I ordered is beautiful, but had an odor upon arrival. Ship time was long (it didn’t ship for over a week) and I had to contact the company to find out when it would be shipped.
