Great products and service support
This keyboard is absolutely stunning. It just feels so nice to type on. The sound is pretty impressive too, that is going to make you so excited to use it. Moreover, the NuPhy support team is really well organised and reactive. I firstly got wrong passing my command and they cancelled it and refurb me immediately so I can make another one. Then I asked the keyboard to be delivered; before Christmas, and they did ! It was shipped in France in 6-7 days from China. Then I got wrong in my firmware update and they sent me the latest update as fast as they could (a couple of hours maybe). Software experience is terrible
Software experience is terrible, you need to go through github pages, long documents with documentation. Community builds that are supposed to be better, and in my case it did not even work. The keyboard itself has 1 key which that does not work, and the right alt triggers control and alt at the same time. The shipping time is really long, and basically no support or usable refund policy. But if you ignore all that, the keyboard do look pretty. View More
Keyboard with issues
I bought an expensive keyboard, and it's almost unusable. I get double spaces, connectivity issues, and so on. Searching online, I see that's a pretty common issue with this product. It looks like customers are paying to be beta testers of the company. I'm still waiting for a response from their CS team. View More
Ordered the Night Breeze Switches
Ordered the Night Breeze Switches, Two Tone Wrist Rest, some shine through keycaps, an Air75 Keyboard and the Halo96 kb. All arrived within 2 weeks, and have had no issues in setting them up via QMK/VIA or QK Config. Been running the Halo96 as my primary kb for work for months now, and never an issue with my initial setup. The Air75 has been solid as well on a secondary computer. View More
Firmware doesn't work properly
Firmware doesn't work properly. I have a NuPhy air 96 V2 and the build quality is top notch, I really enjoy the ergonomics. But bad firmware makes it unusable (until now I didn't even know that it's possible for a keyboard to have bad firmware). It constantly either skips or duplicates key presses. I've tried to update firmware to different versions available on their website, but nothing worked. Unfortunately the issue only started happening after some time, so I could not return it anymore. Poor customer service and refund policy in Australia
The keyboard itself is great but have issues to function normally as a keyboard, for example, the uderscore character can't be typed in windows OS and needs firmware update and the firmware is only available on Windows OS. The return/refund policy is poor, basically you will lose 15% processing fee if you opened the package. And the customer service is slow to reply, I wondered how can anyone make it done within 7 days with the processing speed. Bad Firmware, drivers, but even worse customer service
As others have stated, driver and software issues to what would be a good quality keyboard Air96v2. While that is disappointing, their customer service is on a whole other level of terrible. Very slow responses (email only responses, taking days for a reply). Had to ask 5 times for an RMA on defective keyboard. Very, very slow on issuing a credit back once the product is received. I had to open a case with Paypal to try and get my money back. The only thing they seem to be good at is excuses. View More
Good quality and fast shipping
The shipping was fast and the keyboard arrived without problems or import fees (Italy). I ordered the Air75 V2 with Wisteria switches. The quality is VERY good and the board is beautiful. I'm not a pro as far as keyboards are concerned but I have not had any major problems with it. At first, I could not customize the keys for some reasons but after updating to the latest available firmware on the official website, all is good. My only complaint is the lack of any PBT shine-through keycap option which I have seen is the request of many users and has been neglected by NUPHY. View More
Nuphy appears to be an unreliable company based on my experience with their support:
Two months ago, I ordered a Gem80 keyboard with keycaps. Upon arrival, I noticed that three of the keycaps had visible defects,it’s really frustrating for a 230$ keyboard…... I promptly contacted their support team, and they promised to send me three replacement keycaps or a new set. A week later, they provided a tracking number, but the package hadn't actually been shipped. After two weeks, I followed up via email to remind them to ship the keycaps. They apologized and asked me to wait a few more days. One week later, the situation hadn't changed. This pattern continued over several weeks. Each time I reached out, they apologized and assured me that the shipment would be sent "as soon as possible." However, they never followed through. Each tracking update showed only that a label had been created, but the package was never dispatched. Even today, the package still hasn't been shipped. (Contrary to what Nuphy tells me, the package has not been sent, they are lying to me.) Total: 6 mails(from me) 6 lies from nuphy Due to this ongoing issue and the lack of resolution from Nuphy's support, I am left with no choice but to open a credit card claim. Crap product in my opinion
Crap product in my opinion. Customer service is extremely dodgy. They wanted me to trouble shoot the product on my own, well above anything that I was comfortable with. Wouldn't connect, software issues etc etc. Tried to return, even buying directly from their website. No dice, 24 hours or more late response times. Just over all bad service, buy something reputable that actually has US based customer service. View More

I don’t know what happened with the other reviews but in my experiences nuphy is a very innovative brand for keyboards. With the Australian version I requested a refund because my parents had already bought it for me and within an hour they accepted thr refund. Thx nuphy View More
I bought a keyboard in this website
I bought a keyboard in this website, and end up with multiple failures(keycaps, firmware, etc) which aren't resolved at all so far. Poor customer care experience, unfortunately end up like another cute expensive useless product from my side. Due to having multiple bad experiences, even request the return and refund of the product but they pretend dementia. View More
Super frustrating experience
I had a super frustrating experience and wouldn't purchase from Nuphy again in the future. I received a faulty keyboard, the backspace button was dodgy and eventually stopped working all together just a week after receiving the keyboard. It was over a month of back and forth with customer support - they made me do all of these software updates, install apps on my phone, download all these programs and it just felt weird and like something I shouldn't have to be doing myself. Then it turned out they sent me the WRONG files and I had to do it all over again. Communication was so bad I was constantly repeating myself. FINALLY they agreed to send me a new keyboard base since it clearly wasn't a software problem. So the story does have a happy ending I guess (hence the 2 stars) but considering I paid over $200 for the keyboard, I was pissed off that I even had to go through all of that. View More

Keyboard not delivered, poor customer service
Unfortunately, I must give 1 star because I never received the keyboard at home. For sure, it is not completely their fault because the last-mile courier is crap (They marked the package as delivered, but that's a lie --> tracking YT2510421266018113 ). However, it is unacceptable that a company like NuPhy still partners with such an incompetent logistics company ( YunExpress + iMile). Furthermore, I tried to contact NuPhy customer service, and they said they need proof of package loss in order to refund me. How can I get proof if iMile courier is unreachable?! For real, try to improve your logistics and your customer support. How you treat the customer is important to succeed in a business. View More
Terrible Customer Service
I ordered and paid for a keyboard that was supposed to arrive this week. Not only has it not arrived yet, it is marked "unfilfilled" on their order status page. They want you to use the "Shop" (Shopify) app to check the status of an order, but that app DEMANDS FULL ACCESS TO ALL OF YOUR EMAIL!!! This is so wrong. On top of all this, they have no online chat, no phone number, and they do not respond to the "service@" email address. Don't order Nuphy keyboards from nuphy.com!!! Use Amazon instead! View More
Amazing customer service
Bought a keyboard one day before sales and when I asked if I could have gotten a partial refund to catch up with sales they said yes! Order has shipped after 1 day and I'm excited to try the keyboard
Frustrating Support Experience
While the keyboard itself seems promising, the customer support process has been unnecessarily frustrating. I contacted NuPhy about a faulty caps key and was directed to firmware instructions that contradicted information on their own website. When I pointed this out, they casually admitted the version in their Google Drive was newer—even though the official site still listed an outdated version as the "latest." Instead of updating their documentation or acknowledging the confusion, I was just told to keep following unclear steps and send screenshots and videos.
