The plugin does what you expect. But where this plugin really deserves 5 stars is the excellent support. We had several questions in the first couple weeks after purchasing and setting up the plugin. Perfmatters is the best plugin you can use
Wordpress can be extremely hostile to novices, but it can also be hostile to those like me who have been working there for a few years. I am a customer of Perfmatters and Novashare, two splendid plugins for those looking for only the best performance for their website. For over a year now I have believed that perfmatters is the only real plugin needed on any WordPress theme or distribution. Today I had the opportunity to receive unexpected help from Brian one of the founders and creators of Perfmatters and Novashare. As a customer I really feel more than satisfied and extremely grateful to Brian who handled some Perfmatters settings and some deep code to allow a bloated website on Avada to give 100 on Gtmetrix, SpeedVitals and 100-100-100 on Google PageSpeed. Speed is everything today, and you can handle 100-100-100 on PageSpeed only via perfmatters .The plugin has a fantastic way to improve performance, defer and delay java script and Css, lazyload images and also Css Background images . Fantastic . Perfmatters certainly has a lot of competition, but at present no one seems to come close to the quality and ease of use, certainly to the quality of the code which is certainly a factor that the developer never neglects. The most surprising thing about the story is that my Avada Theme Website give me 100 on Gtmetrix and PageSpeed only thanks to perfmatters. Brian has deleted my cache plugin and thanks only to perfmatters my scores are more than perfect. View More
AMAZING Product and Support
Their products work great. PerfMatters has made my site wayyyyy faster (basically a perfect score on Google's Pagespeed tool). And their support is awesome! Fast and super helpful. Most companies take days to reply and when they do, they're often not that helpful. But these guys go above and beyond to solve the problem. Perfmatters is a brilliant plugin
I am amazed at the efficiency and relative ease of use of the Perfmatters plugin. I create and edit websites as a hobby. After 28 years in "the game" I know my way around things, yet website speed depends on so many things that it is hard to keep up. I decided to get a plugin to help me out. With Perfmatters I was able to boost my Page Speed to 95+ almost instantly. The plugin is very easy to use, has an intuitive interface and lots of help material. There are also many fabulous tutorials out there for Perfmatters. I also got fast and helpful assistance from the creators when I needed it. Highly recommended! Worth every single cent. View More

Great plugin, even greater Support
Brian at perfmatters went above and beyond. After I struggled with the plugin and gave up and requesting a refund, Brian reached out and not n only helped implement the plugin in to my website, he then carried on making suggestions and improvements to fix the site! He managed to get it from 39% performance rate to 70%-80% I couldn’t ask for any more from a customer service experience. Would highly recommend the plugin and the support. View More
