Printer was easy to set up and worked…
Printer was easy to set up and worked pretty well out of the box. Nice build volume for the price and with some adjustments in the slicer I could print in pretty good detail for smaller models. The PC sticker didn't work so well, but a glue stick and brim do the same anyways. View More

I bought an SV08 from them, and it shipped promptly. The printer prints well. The order was processed the following business day, and I had a printer in my hands the week after. That is pretty much all I could ask for. View More
The control box was broken
The control box was made up of cheap, Chinese plastic, and arrived with the door busted open. What did I expect from a company in a failing country? The printer is overall nicer than the old ones I've tried in the past. View More
Very bad AVOID!!!!!
Very bad. Avoid if you respect your wallet. This company selling faulty devices making you to spend more time with fixing attempts instead of printing. Customer service is retarded and do everything for you to fail on return faulty devices. I ended up packing printer in box and post on eBay as spares repairs. It took a month to arrive after I bought it
Not so cool out of the box
Right out of the box the touchscreen wouldn't boot up, this causing me to have a $800 brick. Not cool, first time doing business with your company, and well a total let down, you'd think there would be higher quality control than that. Very upset. View More
Nice Machine BUT
Done 3 prints all failed at different %'s by breaking the print. I have pat. way to hold down print that has 0 movement, warp, or lift so it is breaking the prints; part is left on print mesh and part flies off. It breaks at its weakest place. Other than that it's a really nice machine. Set-up and start-up was pretty easy. I consider myself a beginner not a rookie. I'm really hopeful! View More

If you can find a good price, it's pretty good to go through them. Be wary of shipping times and delay though.
When it comes to what they can deliver, they sure know how to make a decent product. I've already acquired two printers from them and they've performed as expected. This said, one thing I'd keep in mind is that the shipping time can take a fair bit from them. Unlike buying directly from a place like Amazon, you may wait up to a couple of months to receive what you've bought. I've had to wait two months to get my hands on the SV07 Plus. If you are willing to wait this much because one of their sales attracted you, you could end up with a decent printer to either get a foot into the hobby, or expend your current printing operation. Crappy Customer Service
We were given expected ship dates which consistently came and went with no updates from the company. Only when we reached out were we ever given any information. We ordered as a gift for Christmas and it arrived 2.5 months late. The only resolve for their crappy customer service and not delivering in expected time was a $5 off coupon for a future purchase (which I could risk never getting or having to go through the major hassle of constantly emailing as their communication is abysmal at best). Dead brand new Sovol 07 printer
Just bought a brand new 07 printer and it is dead out of the box. Raised a support request and they are asking me to send videos and strip the printer down. I can’t demo a printer that is dead. Asked for another printer or my money back and they are now ignoring me. View More

Avoid this company. Their printers are decent, but if you encounter any issues they will do everything they can to avoid you and ignore your messages until either the warranty expires or you give up.
Don't do it.
Printers start out okay. They're cheap but you will get what you pay for. Terrible customer service (if any) and constant issues with the printer itself. Lazy company and employees. Just get something else. View More

They can ship to a country that commits genocide, but doesn't ship to the middle east hub of business. not acceptable.
Great printers if you know what you are doing
Not really one to write many reviews but when a company is actively doing their best to resolve a problem it needs to be acknowledged. I ordered an SV07 printer as the online reviews rated it well especially for the price. Now the printer itself is actually really good BUT only if you know how to set it up properly and understand slicer settings. Those who are after a print out of the box with no setup/settings will struggle with this. On to the customer service, I haven't had a problem and contacted them many times. 1) Was due to delayed shipping of the second part of my order, 2) I had an issue with the printing plate but again replied to every email and have offered a solution I am happy with. Sovol Makes Great Open Source 3D Printers
Sovol is a smaller 3D printer manufacturer but they produce very good products that are customer oriented. I purchased the SV01, their first product, and it was a better version of the common bed slinger designs of the time. I purchased an SV08 and the Sovol Zero, and both are excellent 3D printers that provide great value to the customer. I love Sovol's focus on the customer and that includes publishing all of their designs as open source which makes it much easier for customers to modify and repair their printers. Sovol doesn't just talk about open source as a marketing ploy. They fully embrace open source. Sovol is a very customer focused manufacturer and they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Good printers, horrible customer service.
Unlike others, I'm relatively content with the printers themselves. They are "old school" 3d printers, and they assume a level of customer competence that people aren't expecting. But.... the customer service and lack of basic integrity (tell the truth and keep your promises) displayed by this company are a huge problem. For example, recently I ordered a new toolhead for one of my printers. I could have ordered it from a US distributors, but the Sovol website was a couple of dollars cheaper and they CLAIMED on their website they would ship from the United States. It turns out that the website was a lie, and they had no intention of shipping from the United States. They shipped the part from China, and of course the shipping company (4px) lost it. This is all bad enough. It is a basic expectation that a vendor will tell the truth and keep their promises. But Sovol didn't do this. Then, when I complained, Sovol made no sincere effort to address the issue. They completely refused to engage with the point that they had promised to ship from the United States, falsely claimed that I should receive my order within 7 business days, and when that didn't happen they continued to refuse to refund my money. It finally took complaints to PayPal, public complaints on every relevant social media platform, and many emails to Sovol to get a refund. This is unfortunate, because I really do like their products. But I'll pay more and just buy a Voron kit before I deal with them ever again. View More
