I have had my calm carry since December 2023. It works great. I use it on the airplane to calm me. I have used it while driving. They save your payment details without permission
I placed an order and was not aware that I was automatically set up for a monthly auto ship. At no point did I authorise Glowco to save my credit card details. I did not receive any emails stating I had been signed up for auto ship. On the 2nd November I was charged for a product I did not order. Within 5 minutes I emailed the company to advise I did not want the order and for it to be cancelled and refunded. On the glowco website it states that orders can be cancelled and refunded if you contact them before the order is shipped. On the 3rd of November I received an email stating that the order hadn’t been shipped yet, was cancelled and a refund will be issued. On the 7th of November I received an email stating that my order had shipped. I emailed immediately that I did not want the order and that I wanted my refund that was apparently organised on the 3rd. I was denied a refund as they had forgot to cancel the order. Even though I had already been told it was being processed. I was told I could return the product at my cost, to receive a refund. They had 5 days to cancel the order and chose not to follow through on our agreement. It is now the 19th, I have received no refund and no product. View More

Return process not worth giving it a try
The product didn't happen to work for us and my daughter found the electric pulses painful. It was worth trying! But -- the experience of trying to return the product has been very negative. They require multiple emails, a copy of the shipping receipt (and caution to anyone outside of the US: you will pay tariffs on a return, plus the cost of return shipping), and it's just going to someone's house in NY. It was time consuming and frustrating to have to repeatedly request the return info -- they respond with more sell options. Something to keep in mind -- if you want to try it, be wary that the cost of time and money to return might not be worth finding out. View More
Difficult returns process
We purchased the kids sleep gummies. They didn't work and made our child more hyperactive and gave her nausea, so we requested to start the return process. We had to pay for return postage. The return address the company gave us didn't work and the package was returned to sender. The company won't refund us without the package being returned. The whole return process has been quite difficult and we wouldn't recommend the company to anyone. View More

I ordered the calmcarry for my son I would try anything to help him so though I would give it a go,it came and it gave me and my partner a nasty shock and my sons didn’t like the pulsing shocks it gives you,I started a return straight away and it’s a shocking process they only want to give me a30% refund and keep the product I said I wanted a full refund as not satisfactory or used they want me to ship it to Australia at my cost which is shocking they just don’t want to refund you would not recommend at all to anyone View More

This is a scam and a gimmick
This is a scam and a gimmick. We bought the handheld device which was meant to aid sufferers of ADHD, especially in getting to sleep. We bought it out of desperation more than anything and the lack of clinical trials or scientific evidence it works should tell you everything you need to know. They also don't advertise that the return address is a PO Box in Australia, so their money back guarantee is pretty crap, once you factor in the cost of return postage and the fact they do not refund your original postage cost. Success for focus and anxiety relief with ADHD.
Great communication with the company. Bought two, one has been beneficial to a 12 year old with ADHD, no success as yet with a 10 year old with autism, and PDA, she won't touch the device.
