Stopped working after a year
Stopped working after a year. Not good enough for a product which costs $100. Looks like it's not an uncommon issue and others have the same problems. Won't buy again.

The customer support was great! We emailed back and forth and I was provided with helpful information as well as a resolution to my issue of not being able to locate and purchase a favorite product. Awesome Products and Customer Service
Received two awesome products. One for myself and one for my lady partner. The Turboo Cup for men and the Flamingo Sucking Vibrator for her.Both items were a delight to try by myself, and her. The Turboo cup is a handful to hold onto. Has powerful rotating motor with a centrifugal “ball” in front and creates this vibration sensation with two modes of speeds. I find it does not work well for me, but that’s me, as it shakes quite bit and holding onto it is a must. The internal shaft portion has prongs where a removable sleeve goes into and over those prongs to make a ticking sensation ( the sleeve can be removed and cleaned).. so men, take a shot at it. Seems intimidating enough to try. The sucking vibrator for my lady functions well and has a great amount of sucking force, however her “bean” just does not get enough “ooomph” she requires to have a satisfied release. She says it feels great but needs more to satisfy her cravings. Ladies, she attests it is a good product and would recommend to those into the sucking vibrators. I ordered a toy from Walmart and not directly through the website so when I received my defective toy the company couldn’t do much about it, but Ms. Rose was very great and effective about communicating and resolving my issue. I had a problem while placing my order. The shipping cost ended up being higher than the website indicated it should be for an order was being shipped to a US address. I contacted the support team via email and they were fairly quick in offering a reasonable solution. It doesn't have to be a horrible experience when your favorite toy breaks...
Let me start by saying that I just love Tracy's Dog toys. I have almost all of them I'm an avid collector lol. Well I had bought one off Amazon, Tracy's Dog Thrusting Dildo, a must have btw, and I had only used it a couple times and it stopped working which is rare because I never have any problems with their toys I've even fallen asleep with their toy and woke up and it was still running! Needless to say I always forget to register my toys for the warranty. Then I became a tester for their products and I chose the Swirli, another MUST HAVE btw, I think I may have done something wrong because it stopped working, when you see the toy it's a little unusual but once you figure it out omg so I contacted someone at Tracy's Dog and they got back to me within one day and with a little back and forth they put me in contact with Rose, their Amazon liason, I just had to show I got the toys off Amazon and within 3 days I had both toys shipped to me!
