I paid for the plan so that i can import product to shopify but in the plan firstly i did not get the full access to the prodcuts, still there was locked products the trending one, secondly, I was not able to import product to my store. While Tradelle offers some appealing products, their customer service is extremely disappointing. The biggest issue I’ve faced is the very slow response time—it typically takes more than 24 hours (sometimes even 48) to get a reply. This can be especially frustrating when you're stuck in the middle of setting something up and need timely assistance. There is no active chat support, which makes it worse, as every small query becomes a waiting game. In today’s fast-paced eCommerce environment, such delayed support is simply not acceptable. Good products alone aren’t enough—customer support is equally important. I hope they seriously work on improving their response time and communication channels. View More
